This two story home features a dinning area and family TV room downstairs, with 3 bedrooms and an additional office upstairs offering a 78” TV for additional enjoyment. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs. The cozy backyard patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine. One mile from the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood, 1 driveway parking spot, ​and open neighborhood parking. Perfect for families. Please note there is NO GARAGE ACCESS offered.
Encinitas offers an eclectic mix of beautiful beaches, great shopping, golfing, dozens of yoga studios, healthy and delicious restaurants​, and funky and inviting bars making it a must visit location.

This home is the one you should rent

The house was immaculate and laid out really well it seems like it’s rather new was there with a lot of thought from the host our host seem to be quite connected to any of our needs including sending me flowers. The house was super clean the neighbors are super friendly and I walked to the beach every day I think you’d be happy Because you can’t be a great host a great house and a great location I have thanked her And I wish the best for them Eric

Gorgeous Encinitas Home

We enjoyed this beautiful home very much. It is a nice little community, and in a great location to the heart of Encinitas and right near the 5 freeway which is great if you are going anywhere else in the area. We felt very safe while staying there. There were 6 of us, and we all commented on how great the beds were. They are so soft and we all slept great. The house is decorated very nicely, and very upscale. There were plenty of items such as towels, pillows, blacks, etc. The kitchen was stocked well too. The owner was excellent too with communication and very helpful with providing information on the home and in the area. I am sure we will be back to stay!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this beautiful home in Encinatas and this way before checking in because of the seamless communication with the owner Loren.Everything was smooth after that!We had everything we needed in the house and more!Nice,quiet and family friendly neighborhood,perfect for our little get away!One thing that we will remember is how soft and comfy the beds were-lol-Only little point I Will make was the beautiful immaculate white furnitures that we had to be careful of with the kids but very easily managed with all the throw blankets available to protect them.Would recommend this property 100% and would definitely come back!Beach and super cool and trendy downtown life very nearby to enjoy while staying in quiet surroundings

Amazing Property and Host

This gorgeous beach house was the perfect location for our family vacation. It was close to all of the activities we had planned and a short half mile away from an amazing beach! The Hosts were easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and the hosts and will stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.
