Unwind in our spacious three-bedroom, newly remodeled end-unit townhome (renovated in 2022). Offering 1,650 square feet, our unique layout features:
A master bedroom with a King bed, an ensuite half-bath, and private access to a deck overlooking the woods.
Two guest bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and another with a Full bed and a Twin bunk.
A newer sleeper sofa in the living area, accompanied by a SMART TV for your entertainment.
FULLY-Equipped Kitchen:
Our inviting kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting modern amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, waffle maker, and high-quality pots and pans with all the tools you may need to cook including pizza slicer, lemon juice squeezer, garlic press, etc.

Prime Location: We're the closest Treetop unit to the Ballhooter lift, Split Rock Pool, and the Village—all within a 100 to 300-yard walk.

We choose to purchase at Snowshoe because this was the best place to ski in the Southeast US and decided to buy a townhome. Our family enjoys Snowshoe in the winter for skiing and the summer for the cool weather and all of the great activities. We purchased this unit in Spring 2019. In 2019, we spent the spring and summer renovating the entire property. Since we live near the property and use the property the unit is very well maintained throughout the season and we can offer great advice on Snowshoe activities as well as surrounding area if desired which sets us apart from most Snowshoe rental owners and/or agencies. Since this unit is personally managed by the hosts and not a property management group you will get personalized attention. We also love to cook in our townhouse so we make sure our unit is supplied with all the best cooking supplies. The owners are both licensed real estate professionals as well.

Why they chose this property
This townhouse is nestled in the woods and very homey cabin feel to it with, but is also an easy walk to the slopes and the village. This unit is at the end of Treetop development closest to the path that gets you to the Village, Pool, Ballhooter lift in less than a 5 minute walk. It is nice to be away from the busy Village yet so close to it at the same time. Treetop Development is one of the more desirable areas at Snowshoe to stay at due to proximity to so many areas. Great for family memories and plenty of space for everyone with nearly 1,700 square feet to enjoy which is another plus. This unit has just undergone many new updates, furniture upgrades, general upgrades, new painting, etc in 2019/2020. You will also enjoy a fantastic view from master bedroom.
What makes this property unique
This unit is unique as it has parking right outside the unit and in the communal parking lot for Treetop at a first come first serve basis. Being an end unit townhouse will allow for more privacy. Many condos in Snowshoe area do not have convenient parking which makes this nice and easier to unload groceries, cars, bikes, skis, etc. This unit is also walking distance to the ski slopes and village. It is about 100 to 300 yards from the slopes/village but no noise from the lifts, patrons or various festivals and activities that go on. This particular unit sits at the end and is one of the more private units at Treetop. It is also located right next to the path to the pool, village, slope lifts, etc. Several restaurants, bars, Rental shops (ski/board & biking) The Spa, Split Rock Pools and a variety of shops are only steps away. AT&T customers can get cell service in this location due to proximity to the Village. Cell service is non existent in many areas of Snowshoe so this is nice perk to have cell service for AT&T. Although even AT&T service can be spotty. We find that facetiming works great since the Wifi in the unit is very good. We also turn on our Wifi calling which greatly enhances making cell calls.
We are across the street from the only mountain-top convenience store and deli, Wildcat Provisions. Wildcat Provisions is a great store (and deli) with kids being able to walk over and get treats, breakfast, lunches, dinners, and adults being able to purchase any food items or paper products they have forgotten. This property also has a great communal firepit with firewood already provided as well as many picnic tables. This is the only real wood firepit in Snowshoe which makes for fun evenings and perfect for roasting smores. It also has a basketball hoop for use in the summer and fall.
We are across the street from the only mountain-top convenience store and deli, Wildcat Provisions. Wildcat Provisions is a great store (and deli) with kids being able to walk over and get treats, breakfast, lunches, dinners, and adults being able to purchase any food items or paper products they have forgotten. This property also has a great communal firepit with firewood already provided as well as many picnic tables. This is the only real wood firepit in Snowshoe which makes for fun evenings and perfect for roasting smores. It also has a basketball hoop for use in the summer and fall.
