3 bedroom condo in the Summit Complex. Condo features 1 king master bedroom with private bath, 1 queen, 1 full/twin bunk bed, and 1 queen sofa bed. Sleeps 9 total.

Summit Condo is a short walk to the village, slopes, and Western Territory. There is also a free shuttle that stops in front of the unit every 30 minutes that will take you to both the village and slopes. Walking time to village is about 5 minutes and 10-15 minutes walk to Western Territory.

Includes a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and two bathrooms. Located short walk to Snowshoe village with an amazing view from back deck. Condo also includes high speed wireless, new TVs, DVD player, telephone, full size washer/dryer. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to 2 cars max and no trailers allowed.

Only 5 minutes or next shuttle bus stop from Split Rock Pools which includes 2 hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, and a sauna. There is a daily user fee for admission and this is not included in reservation costs.

Snowshoe Mountain is the year-around destination. The neighboring Silver Creek Resort, boasts an 11,000-acre playground on the Appalachian Mountain chain. The resort offers nearly 200 acres of skiable terrain on 60 trails for the beginner to the advanced skier; 14 lifts of which three are high speed quads make for minimal wait time. Two expert trails offer 1500 ft. vertical drops and 1.5 miles of skiing. Even when Mother Nature has not cooperated, Snowshoe can cover every trail thanks to 100% snowmaking capability.

Trails at Snowshoe and Silver Creek are all accessible with one lift ticket and provide opportunities for night skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Four terrain parks offer everything from a 450 ft. half pipe to monster table tops and rails.

Snowshoe offers a year-round calendar of events and activities. In the winter, in additional to downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, and tubing, the resort also offers snowmobile rides, snow cat tours, ski schools for all ages and abilities, and year around swimming, hot tubs and sauna; plus night clubs with live bands, dancing and a comedy club.

In the Spring, Summer, and Fall activities include fly-fishing, boating, tennis, mountain biking, hiking, sporting clays, rock climbing, all terrain vehicles, driving range, and the top rated Raven Golf Course is a par-72 course.

Many special events include ski challenges/races, food, wine, brews, beach music, blue grass, Chili Cook-off, and bike rallies.

Snowshoe is also the hub of tourism for West Virginia. Using our condo as your base, sightseers can explore the Cass Scenic Railroad, Highland Scenic Highway (Rt. 150), Cranberry Glades Botanical Area, Falls of Hills Creek, National Radio Astronomy Observatory at Green Bank, author Pearl S. Buck’s birthplace, Civil War sites, BearTown State Park, Seneca Caverns, Seneca Rock, Blackwater Falls State Park, ride the Durbin and Greenbrier Valley trains to scenic areas not accessible by vehicle. Trout filled rivers and world class white water rafting are all close by.

Climate: Winter temperatures range from 0 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Summer temperatures range from 48 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
