Don't Cross Seawall to Get to the Beach!!!

Only 2 vehicles allowed on property. No parties allowed, no smoking in condo, and no loud activities please. No pets. HOA has strict NO animal policy and service or special needs dogs will not be allowed without an approved application. Service Animal Application MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to rental. You can ask us for the application. Unapproved animals are fined $250 by HOA. Violation of condo rules will result in loss of deposit.
Lovely 1 bedroom Condo with Queen size bed, Queen size sofa-bed and bunk beds for two at Seascape Condos in Galveston (We also have Seascape property 1305485 and a Galveston canal house 2060833).
Open the balcony door. Feel and smell the ocean breeze. Walk down to the pool and access the beach through a nice wooden walkway with a coded security gate. While other Galveston travelers are hassling with trying to park on Seawall to access the beach, or (even worse) trying to dodge cars while crossing Seawall to get to the beach, your route to the beach is a short, quiet walk (with no busy road to cross!).
If you are not in the mood for bouncing around in the surf, retreat to the heated pool or one of the three hot tubs.
Our condo is fully stocked with kitchen stuff, beach toys, even fishing equipment! Sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. Includes Internet (wi-fi and ethernet) and Cable TV with Premium channels, Netflix, and Amazon prime (Netflix and Prime use your own account).
Seascape is a family friendly destination. Security is onsite.
TWO cars per unit is allowed by HOA.
This is the Scott family vacation home, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We will treat you like family. Anything consumable within the condo is yours to use. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend or family vacation.
We offer discounts for stays of seven days or more. Take a break from school or work and reward yourself!

We had a wonderful time, security guard was extremely rude threw our paper on the dash, and walked away cursing, no instructions on where to go or anything, it was a good thing we have stayed at the property before and knew where to go. Other than that we had a great time beautiful condo.

The check in process was easy and smooth sailing. Great communication with property manager. The facilities were clean. Kitchen stocked adequately with coffee maker and coffee grinder. Property was clean and quiet. Gated facility right on the beach. I was grateful for the property having beach umbrella and chairs available to use.I highly recommend!!!!

Great Vacation!

We were very happy with our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice to be able to walk out to the beach whenever we wanted but also utilize the pool with our baby! It’s very close to most of the main attractions for families which was also a major bonus for our family with young children! Would definitely stay here again!

Winter get away

I stayed for several weeks and had my granddaughters stay with me on the weekends. The beach location was great. The complex was well maintained and the Scott family was very attentive to my concerns in a timely manner. I would like to come back again!

Memorial Day Weekend

Condo is perfect for family. The pool was awesome and beach access is convenient. Well stocked with absolutely everything you would need. I did donate a new hand held can opener. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. We had such a good time. Thank you again for everything.

Best experience in Galveston ever

This property was just outstanding! Cleanliness, interiors, furnishing were topp notch. Access to beach was so easy and safe. No need to worry about crossing the road. Our kids enjoyed so much and same for us as well. Our fourth time to Galveston and this one one is the best of all.

Cute little condo with a great view

Cute condo with great location! Slept 5 of us comfortably. Loved that there was beach wagon and 4 beach chairs there for us to use. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and dishes if you want to cook. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool and hot tubs onsite are so nice to have after a day on the beach Our only complaints were that the mattress on the bed was very noisy with every little movement so it was hard not to disturb the other person in the bed and that the mirror in the bathroom is in bad condition. Hosts were very welcoming and had great communication.

Great stay!

The property was clean and had pretty much everything we needed and some things we didn't know we would need. There's a beach cart, chairs and fishing poles if you need them. There's onsite coin op laundry and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There's more than enough kitchen supplies to cook and a great selection of nearby restaurants and stores. I also loved that we didnt have to cross the street to get to the beach and that this is down the road so it's a much calmer environment than the strip just miles up the road. Overall, we loved it and if we visit Galveston in the future we will definitely try to get this place again.

Short and sweet

We expected crowds since it was Spring break. Love the how private everything was. Everyone was friendly from the security to the grounds keeper. The condos are family oriented. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Very conveniently located on your own private beach. The unit had just the right amount of linens and paper items for our stay. You can see the beach from the balcony. The unit is on the side facing the RV park. We didn't mind and my kids enjoyed watching the residents and their dogs. We will definitely be back.

Grandbaby vacay.

It’s a very small place, so even 2 adults and 2 kids using the bunk beds made it too small. The unit was clean, but old, so because of the age and not properly insulated and 100 degree weather outside, the air conditioner couldn’t work properly. Either you froze when it was on, or when you turned it up and it kicked off, you immediately got hot. Frustrating. It has a nice view and is right on the beach, which is very nice, but you can’t enjoy the balcony, because of the position of it. The sun beats down on it all day. It is further down the island away from the hustle and bustle which was very nice. The owner did get back with me right away with messages, but seemed very dry, which came off as unfriendly. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it does have it’s lure.
