If you stay at this property you are only allowed 2 vehicles. I had 4 guests coming from all over Houston and was chastised at the entrance for 4 vehicles coming. I was told that if I tipped he could accommodate us. (Several times) It was an incredibly stressful start and I ended up tipping 40 just so my friends could park. My only cash.The location is absolutely beautiful, the room is a bit dated. It accommodates 4 people just fine. I would book here again just for the easiness of getting to a beautiful clean beach. It literally is steps from the property.

The house was clean and the beach access is what keeps me coming back to the condos. This condo has very little kitchen utensils, the pots and pans could be replaced especially if you are staying longer then 4 days. No spices, scissors, oven mits, knives were very dull, and no cleaning supplies. Fridge barely kept our food cold and one of the burners on the stove top did not work. It wasn't a bad stay just could have been better for the price.

The overall property was really fun for our children. The accessibility to the beach was excellent and the pool/hot-tub area was great. The condo itself needs a little TLC. The patio furniture was very rusty and some of the amenities inside the condo were worn and dated. Also, if you are traveling from out of town, note that you are not provided any beach/pool towels.

Amazing Weekend

Unit wonderful with Beach access. Great view of the from the balcony. The property was up to par. The pool and bathroom access were clean and no trash anywhere. Definitely on the list to stay at again.
