Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes Start mornings with breakfast on one of two private balconies looking out towards the gulf. On sunny days, it’s the perfect place to unwind with a book or kick back and enjoy the views. Soak up the sights and sounds from your beach-facing balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Condo sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. An upscale kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and contemporary gray cabinets includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils. TV in the master bedroom, tile floors and newly updated decor. Cable and wifi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Grab the chairs and beach toys in the unit and don't forget the sunscreen! Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors.

Mini Vacation

Just stayed for three nights, but great location, right on beach, near restaurants and the Galveston sights. Compact but has everything two bedrooms, plus two twin bunks in a separate area. Clean and all the amenities.

Outside property upkeep leaves a lot to be desired

This Condo was very nice inside. However the outside property upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. Faded chipping paint everywhere, rust coming through the paint everywhere, light fixtures hanging by the electrical wires in the hallways, cobwebs all over the elevator, and dirty hallways and stairwells. I feel like the condo owners are probably paying alot for fees for the upkeep and the condo association isn't doing anything. I get that it's on the ocean and the salt water will have a bad affect on paint, steel, etc. But there doesn't look to be any effort outside the condo to upkeep and keep it nice outside. I feel bad for the owners, because they have a very nice condo inside and great location, plus there is a security guard at the gate. But the association is just pocketing their money and doing nothing to upkeep the property.

Ironman

We stayed for my daughter to do the Ironman. We enjoyed Saturday on the beach and the bike portion of the Ironman went right in font of the condo so it was a great location. Everything was clean and the location was close to Moody Gardens and the strand. I would definitely book again.

March Madness

Looked for a property to fit our needs. This complex I’ve stayed at before, in a different condo. So very familiar with the location. Everything was very nice. Clean. Everything worked properly. Only thing I’ve had at other condos in this complex was a Washer/Dryer IN the condo. Other than that it was good. Will also say, I was surprised at the 500 hold a day before my stay started. It was refunded on check out, but a family who’s on a budget and not knowing this, would struggle.

Great Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend getaway to the beach. I love how this property is RIGHT off the beach plus has a pool and 2 hot tubs). Parking is also near the beach so we could leave beach stuff in the car. We didn't have issues with parking and the location is less than 10 min away from WM/food restaurants/strand area. Shared toys from the owners were great so the kids could build a sand castle and I didn't have to travel home with a bag of sandy beach toys! A/C was great, beds were great, and, even though we were a large group, we were still able to play some games at a table when it rained. Enjoyed using the Keurig since we don't have one at home. My own wish is that there were additional places to hang wet towels/clothes for my large group :)

Perfect Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect since it wasn’t crowded and only a short drive to the Seawall area. Also - the view of the beach was wonderful from our balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The property and owner were wonderful. My son accidentally took the welcome book for the unit as a souvenir and didn’t realize it was not his and the owner was amazing about it. The unit was amazing and the location is perfect. Thanks for a great getaway from Colorado!

Perfect Location

Cute little condo, had everything we needed and steps away from the beach! We appreciated the extra beach towels provided as we were a larger group. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were super comfortable. It was a crowded space for 6, more so in the main areas of the living room and kitchen, but we had a fun time, excellent beach view and the onsite pool and multiple hot tubs on this property are great (one was even 21 and up only). Only recommendation I’d say is adding some kind of towel hook option outside on the balcony wall side or something (we noticed some other condos has this) as we’re not allowed to hang towels on the railing, and there are only a couple chairs to sit in and not a lot of other spots to put something to dry (condos are not equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit). Thanks for a good stay, would return.

Short, but so sweet!

Unfortunately our family stay was cut short due to Beryl - and our resulting decision to leave Galveston before it hit. However, the 6 hours we spent at Jessica’s condo were so wonderful! It is beautifully decorated and homey, and has clear views of the ocean right outside. We were so grateful to get to soak in a bit of the beach, and had actually settled in to play a game that was provided when the Hurricane alerts were going off. Jessica was so gracious and understanding of our situation and we are going to try again in the spring to stay for a full visit! We were so sad to leave, but now can’t wait to return!

Great beachfront condo!

This was the second time we've stayed at this condo and it was just as nice as the first time (several years ago)! Love the layout, cleanliness, quick and easy access to the beach, and quick communication with the property manager Jessica. There was a great view of the beach and grilling/gazebo area. There is a locked supply closet in the building that is just for Jessica's condos so you don't have to pack chairs which was very nice when you're packing tons of stuff for 3 kids already. It's not a public beach and cars cannot drive on it so it wasn't too crowded at all. We did have very loud neighbors our 1st night, (blaring not so nice music while we were trying to sleep) but Jessica and the onsite security guard talked to them and solved our problem. We had a great time and really enjoyed this condo, we will definitely come again.
