This brand new and spacious chalet enjoys an exceptional view of the mountains. Nature and tranquillity lovers will feel perfectly at ease in this lovely wooden dwelling designed.

Children can play outside all day in the large 2000m² garden located just below the chalet and under the reassured eyes of parents who will quietly enjoy the wooden terrace, sunny all day long.

Its geographical location is also part of its charm: both far from everything to really feel on holiday and be completely out of one's usual environment, and at the same time just a few kilometres from shops and ski slopes.

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour ce chalet familial, conçu pour que petits et grands s'y sentent bien ! Nous y avons passé une belle semaine et y avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins de chacun. Nous nous sentions chez nous ! Ses espaces intérieurs et extérieurs (et la vue sur les montagnes) sont un plus lorsqu'on y séjourne avec des enfants. Sa situation est idéale et permet d'accéder rapidement aux stations de sports d'hiver, aux pistes de luge, au Lac Léman et aux commerces. C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix, qui nous donne envie de le decouvrir désormais sous les couleurs de l'été. En ce qui nous concerne, nous tronvons qu'il serait intéressant de décaler l'heure de départ un peu plus tard. Ce chalet familial se prête vraiment à accueillir de belles petites familles (6 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants pour nous), qu'il n'est pas évident de préparer au départ de 9h.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille au chalet Morand. Ce chalet est très bien équipé, propre et soigné . il ne manque rien . En plus la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique! Son emplacement pas trop éloigné des petits villages et de Thonon est parfait ! Le calme ! Pour nous , par rapport à notre semaine passée , je ne vois pas grand chose A part le système audio visuelle un peu obsolète 3 télécommandes pour regarder la télé ..

Super endroit

Le chalet est vraiment super, tout est fait pour que le locataire se sente comme chez lui. Il est vraiment très fonctionnel. La situation est très central dans la vallée ce qui permet de rayonner rapidement aux alentours. Le soleil de fin de journée sur la terrasse est très appréciable même si en fonction du mois celui-ci est rapidement caché par la montagne. Le jardin et le champ juste devant la terrasse sont très facile pour les familles avec enfants. il y a une route qui passe en contre-bas qui peut être légèrement être dérangeant la nuit lorsque les fenêtres sont ouverte mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Ce chalet est vraiment à conseiller.

Séjour très agréable dans un chalet magnifique

Grand chalet très propre et très beau, très calme. Il est très fonctionnel pour des vacances au ski, les enfants ont pu faire de la luge dans le grand terrain, la voiture garée dans le garage et chalet à 10 mns de la station de St jean d'Aulps, belle station familiale. La vue est exceptionnelle, très bon accueil par l'agence, le chalet est parfait. Merci pour ces vacances !!!!
