La Ferme des Cousines - Charmant chalet 3*

You wish to spend a stay in the mountains? Come and discover this charming 3* gîte of 70m² located at 1000 m of altitude, in the village of St-Sigismond, in Haute-Savoie. Close to the ski resort of Les Carroz d'Arâches, this accommodation is the ideal pied-à-terre to welcome up to 8 people.
You will have a living room, a dining room, a fully renovated and equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a garden, a beautiful swimming pool and a terrace to enjoy a good meal in the sun facing the panorama!
Bed linen and towels provided. Private parking space.

The house, accessible by a few steps is composed as follows:

On the first floor :
- A large living room with a double sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table and a TV.
- A living room with a convivial dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people.
- A fully renovated and equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker...
- A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

1st floor:
The staircase leads directly to a first bedroom with a double bed and a sofa.
To access the lounge/bedroom, you need to cross this first bedroom. The lounge/bedroom has a sofa bed. From this area, you have access to a separate WC and a shower room with a walk-in shower, washing machine, double washbasin, hairdryer and shower gel and shampoo provided.

2nd floor:
A second staircase leads to a mezzanine with a double bed and two single beds.

Outside :
- A large enclosed garden adjoining the gite of 40 m² is at your disposal.It is closed and exposed north-west with a ping-pong table, a swing, a slide, a small children's house, a charcoal barbecue, a pergola, garden furniture and a parasol.
- A beautiful heated swimming pool (4.30x8), available from the beginning of May until mid-October, with a secure telescopic cover, pool lighting and a shower.
The pool and surrounding area are shared with the homeowners.

Neighborhood:
In a very quiet area on the side of the mountain:
- Les Carroz d'Araches at 8km (12min by car) : market on tuesday mornings and all the local shops
- Chatillon sur Cluses at 5km (8min by car) : Bakery
- Taninges at 8km (11min by car): market on Thursday morning and all local shops, Super U
- Cluses at 11km (16min by car): market on Monday morning and all local shops
- Magland at 14km (20min by car) : "Chez Pineau" for local specialities, Super U

Activities :
- In summer : mountain biking, hiking on the Agy plateau, climbing site of La Frasse (5 min by car), paragliding, canyoning, swimming pool, alpine chalet (restaurant)
- In winter : Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sledging in Agy (5km by car), ski touring, alpine skiing, paragliding...
- Tourist office of Carroz d'Araches at 8km (1 min by car) from our gite .

Transportation :
- Vehicle strongly advised.
- Cluses train station located at 12 km (17 min by car).
- Annecy airport located at 68 km (54 min by car) and Geneva airport located at 70 km (1h by car).

Other remarks :
- A private parking lot adjacent to the gite is available for parking two vehicles.
- Bed linen and towels are included. We ask you to specify which beds will be used during your stay.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, clean the appliances after use and take out the garbage cans (sorting area in the village square), empty the dishwasher and the refrigerator and turn off the radiators.
- Baby cots, high chairs and bathtubs are available free of charge upon request.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of their parents.
- Animals are not permitted.
