Monochromatic interiors with pops of navy accents give a bright, coastal feel to this home's decor. Guests are welcomed on the first floor into the secondary living area, which features a game table, plush built-in bench seating, kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, and a large, mounted flat-screen television. The second floor presents the main living level, which boasts a spacious, open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling pocket sliding-glass doors span the living room wall's width, and when opened, guests can take in panoramic gulf coast views.

The chefs in your group will adore the gourmet kitchen. This space boasts soft gray cabinetry, bright white countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a spacious center island with lots of barstool seating. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 10 guests, and additional seating is available at the kitchen island or on the spacious back deck. The property was beautiful and just like what was described in the listing. Amazing location to the beach, clean, had most things in the home you could use (would recommend beach games included in the house) and an excellent location. Perfect location and stay

We had a wonderful holiday week at Sunnyside. The property was big, clean, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfectly hot for our cold days. This property is steps from the beach. There are lots of stairs, but that was not a problem for anyone in our group. It made for a great family vacation. Thank you!

Wonderful in Every Way!

The house was perfect to accommodate multi generations celebrating an 80th birthday. Everything was amazing, from the location to the bedroom accommodations. The only drawback are all the stairs for an 80 year old. Loved the plunge pool was mostly shaded and provided cool relief. 360 Blue did a fabulous job helping to coordinate a photographer, chef, and flowers for the birthday! We would absolutely love to stay at this property again and any 360 Blue property!

Should be maintained better

Overall great property, however it needs an update. Specifically the couch cushion are torn and need replacement or sewing. Oven needs to be replaced it’s unusable. For the size of the property and number of guests there needs to be more substantial cookware and serving pieces.

Sunrise 360

The house is in a great location. Beach is not over crowded and the house is right on it. My negatives were that I specially called before signing the rental agreement and asked if construction was close by which they confirmed there was not. When we got there, construction workers were right next door building a house. The workers came and started at 6:30am. The house was not constructed to block noise. You can literally be upstairs on the 3rd floor and hear what is going on in the basement. Also, it was very difficult to reach the rental office...our stay was during Covid-19 so that may of had something to do with that.

Perfect Family Vacation

This home is in a quiet part of PCB but just a few miles away from all of the fun of Pier Park. The views are amazing and there is plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everyone was very comfortable. We found the bedrooms to be very quiet and each had its own bathroom. Guests should know that the triple bunk beds are in the landing area on the 3rd floor so they are out in the open and there is no bathroom for these beds on that floor as all bathrooms are in a private room on the 3rs floor. Our kids had to go to the main floor at night or come to our room to use the potty. Not a problem, just something to note. Don’t rent this house for the pool. It is tiny and just a place to get wet. Our kids liked it because they could be in it while we were grilling. The home is well equipped with everything we needed including salt and pepper and a couple of laundry pods. Parking was ample and beach access is amazing. Would stay again!

Ocean Views

The ocean views from all 3 levels were breathtaking. Weather couldn’t have been better the entire stay! Our group of friends enjoyed walks along beach & coffee chats on deck every single day. The beds were super luxurious and comfy, showers all great. Kitchen is huge for entertaining. We were lucky enough to have a chef and team come in for a beautiful Italian dinner one night. More pots & pans and baking sheets for the large groups would be great! Another evening we had a catering team set up s’mores, etc. for a beach bonfire right in front of our beautiful beach house. Highly recommend that for other groups. The pool and spa were clean & the perfect temp(we paid for heating cuz it was April~ glad we did that!) The grill was clean and propane available, but it could most definitely use a set of tongs, spatula & mitts! I discussed other “happenings” in private with 360 rep on phone and these issues were taken care of promptly, so that part was impressive. (The two issues are the only reason we rated it a 4 instead of a 5.)

Pros: Amazing views from all 3 levels!!! Beautiful sunsets! 360 service level is perfect. Welcome gift included and texts informing us who to contact if we needed anything as well as mid week check in on how we’re enjoying the stay. Ice maker on first level was a great feature. Cons: 3rd floor rooms were not cool. Ceiling went with roof line and A/C couldn’t keep up. It felt humid all week and that is the reason I wouldn’t stay at this house again. Spa looks like a hot tub, bubbles like a hot tub, but is a sitting spa. It’s the same temp as pool. Amenities did not list hot tub but pics are deceiving. A little sand around living room when we checked in and furniture was stained (typical well rented look). I will book with 360 because of the exceptional service level, but I’ll check out a different property.

Dream Family Vacation

Wonder beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very clean and beautifully design. We were a large group of 4 families (8 adults and 9 kids) and the house was the perfect size for us. We each had our own private room and the common spaces were large enough to accommodate everyone. Only 2 very minor comments I have are the pool was not hot enough (we did stay in December) and not enough pots for cooking.

New Construction - Beachside - Friends Getaway

We reserved this property for a group of 9. The house is new construction so very clean and modern. Can sleep 6 couples comfortably. This is right on the beach so very convenient!!! The beds were very comfortable! Only downfall was the pool heater was not working and the property management company never followed up after we inquired twice. The spa is not a hot tub so if you’re looking for a pool and hot tub experience this property would not fit the bill. The spa is An extension of the pool so no difference (should not advertise a spa even though there is one). Overall this was a great property with greats views and can sleep a large group or family. If the pool / spa were actually meant to be used for what they are there for this would have gotten all 5 stars.

AWESOME. First of all the house was incredible. We had 18 people in the house and we never once felt cramped . The house was very spacious and very accommodating. The outside deck space was the best , along with the pool and hot tub . There was plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen space was so inviting . We are every meal in the house . The beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms . There was no cutting corners with the house. Also the online chatting agents were able to answer all questions , very friendly , and prompt. It was so easy to communicate any questions or concerns . My entire family and I are looking forward to book this property again

September 2019 Stay

This house was perfect for our family. I had my concerns with 16 people in one house but the layout was great and we had times we could all be together if we wanted and plenty of places to retreat for alone time. You really can’t beat being on the beach. There were others around but it was never busy fighting for a spot to view the ocean. We had some hiccups with minor things and they quickly resolved. *the splash pool and hot tub were rough and a few of our kids had scratched toes. Adults wouldn’t swim or have an issue. I also didn’t realize until arrival the hot tub isn’t hot, I should have read better. Both pool and hot tub are hot or neither. Jets are on point!! Deck had some nails popping up, and loose screws/nails. You could tell it was a recent build, in GREAT ways and some set backs. (Things a mom with a 2 yr old notices) Sunsets are gorgeous!!
