Coastal Soul! Welcome to The Grand Villa's at the Pier. Coastal Soul is a 3302 Sq. Ft. home featuring 6 bedrooms, each with ensuite baths and a large open Great Room with plenty of room for entertaining along with a rec room by the pool. Designed to sleep 16, this great rental home plan is in the heart of Pier Park and the Pier, all within walking distance. A Private Pool and plenty of parking on the back of the property designed to access Without the traffic of Front Beach Road. In addition, there are two very close beach access points to the beach, puts you in a prime rental location. The Home comes fully furnished and ready for your family. Come make memories of a Lifetime!


Coastal Soul spares no expense when it comes to a 5-star experience. You can choose to relax by the private pool, cook up a feast on the outdoor charcoal grill, or watch the sun fade away from one of 2 private decks (the beautiful white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are a spectacular sight).

As you enter the home on the first floor, you will find 4 Bedrooms with Ensuite Bathrooms. The rear door leads straight out to your private Pool area. Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll notice an exceptional open floor plan featuring a living area/dining area and Chef's Kitchen layout. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all of the dinnerware, cookware and utensils you will need to feel right at home. Beautifully equipped large room for family memories and 4 barstools. The cozy living room is just to the side of the dining area with comfortable seating, a flat screen tv, and direct access to the second-floor walkout balcony. Enjoy the open space by opening the sliding glass doors and relaxing while lounging outside and catching a glimpse of the beautiful beach. Down the hall you have a half bathroom, washer and dryer laundry area, and 2 additional bedrooms with private En-suite Bathrooms.
