AMAZING MOUNTAIN & LAKE VIEWS in Bolton Landing!

A SPACIOUS AND PRIVATE mountainside retreat with incredible views of the lake and mountains; and so close to the lake and charming village of Bolton Landing...just a 5 min drive away!

Our custom built home has 4 bedrooms (1 K, 1 Q, 1 Q, 1 Q+ 1T) with 2 full bathrooms, and 2 additional 1/2 bathrooms. Open floor plan with a stunning 2 story great room with natural stone wood burning fireplace and 65" Smart TV (w/Roku and access to your Hulu, Netflix, etc), Internet and WIFI, dining room, screened porch, and large deck with gas grill.

Enjoy a well-stocked custom kitchen with a professional 6 burner gas cooktop, wall oven and warming drawer, high-end dishwasher and two refrigerators onsite; quartzite counter tops and cherry cabinets.

1st FLOOR: Master bedroom (K) en suite; the Great Room w/ wood burning fireplace in season (firewood provided) is an open concept main living area all with incredible views from the Dining Room, Kitchen, new custom deck, and screened porch. Also on 1st floor is a powder room and the laundry room.

2nd FLOOR: has two spacious bedrooms; one Queen bedroom with large closet and the other has Queen bed + Twin window bed with 2 closets. On this 2nd floor is a large full bathroom and large loft area with a desk/work area.

LOWER LEVEL: Large recreation room and additional separate 4th bedroom (Q); powder room; Queen size memory foam pullout sofa bed. Another 65" Smart TV (w/Roku), Shuffleboard, Putting Green, numerous games and puzzles, books for all ages.

OUTSIDE: Outdoor fire pit area (firewood provided), spacious deck with a gas grill and Adirondack chairs - offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains!

Our home is immaculate, professionally cleaned and disinfected, and well-equipped.

We provide ALL LINENS, BATH TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS, SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, BODY WASH, HAIR DRYERS, STAPLE SPICES, OILS, VINEGAR'S, S&P, DISH SOAP, D/W DETERGENT, PLASTIC AND FOIL WRAPS, GARBAGE BAGS, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, BEACH CHAIRS, ADIRONDACK CHAIRS AND FIREWOOD.

This home is stunning! We ended up having a rainy weekend, but the home was well equipped with things to do and beautiful windows that faced the mountains so we could watch it all. Family Thanksgiving Holiday Vacation

Home was not only beautiful but exceptionally clean. Hosts were outstanding and responsive immediately to all our needs. Breathtaking views, very relaxing, very accommodating, can’t say enough about how great this home was for us. Only downside was that it only sleeps 8 in beds. The additional 4 people are on air mattresses or a pull out couch which worked out fine for us having kids to sleep on them. Great place! Highly recommend!!!

We loved the house it was amazing. the view was beautiful and it was on a very nice and quiet mountainside. the house was very nicely arrange with everything we needed including many games for entertaining. So much more than the pictures can show!

Our family spent a week at this amazing house near Lake George. Our first impressions were "WOW" as we took in the spectacular views and the high quality home. The house is expansive, full of quality amenities and really well maintained. The owner had a well stocked kitchen with some great extra touches ("yay!, we have sugar for our coffee!"). It a short trip into Bolton Landing for supplies, beach, and even fireworks on the fourth! The grandkids loved the place, our kids loved the place and we loved having our whole family all together for a wonderful week in the Adirondacks. Thank you Natalie for helping make this a dream family vacation.

A wonderful mountain retreat!

This is a wonderful home, and perfect for a family reunion or gathering of friends. When you walk in the door, it's just WOW. Incredible views of mountains, Lake George, and the ever-changing sky. It's close to Bolton Landing, but when you get here, you're in a different world. The home is well appointed, like in the photos, and stocked with everything you might need. The kitchen and dining room make eating together easy. Bedrooms are on 3 different levels, so everyone has privacy. The deck and screen porch are where we spent a lot of time. Natalie, the owner, was so helpful and always responded right away. Highly recommend this home!

Amazing Stay

Our family stayed here during NYE 2023 and were glad that this house and the hosts allowed us to create unforgettable family memories. The house is very charming, nicely decorated, warming and inviting. Everyone enjoyed the inspiring and breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake. The house was clean to the exceptional levels - the best we’ve ever seen. The kitchen was well stocked and all linens and towels were provided with many extras just in case. We appreciate all the directions that were left throughout the house. The hosts were overly accommodative and the communication was superb. We’ll be lucky if we get to stay here again. Perfect Adirondack Retreat! Heaven!

This is the most gorgeous and elegant home with the most gorgeous view of the Adirondacks from every room as well as from the spacious deck. Everything about the house was exactly as described. The photos capture this home perfectly. You feel like you are on top of the world overlooking the mountains and Lake George. The beautifully appointed and spacious home lacks for nothing and is the perfect retreat for you and your family. This home is a very short drive to the town of Bolton Landing and close to everything you would want or need. Natalie and Bob are the best hosts.
