Beautiful and most modern custom estate in the area! Each morning be awakened by spectacular sunrise overlooking Lake George and local mountains. Over 5000sq feet of pure luxury including a game room, yoga studio with infrared sauna and on suite bathroom. Over 1000sq feet game room including foosball table, air hockey, vintage video games, wet bar and hang out area with huge TV, a leather couch and reclining leather chairs. New 8-person hot tub is located outside on the patio overlooking Lake George and the mountains. At night, stargaze while sitting in the hot tub!

The house is located a short drive from Gore Mountain and West Mountain ski areas. Driving distance to Vermont and other NY ski resorts. 3 out of 4 full bathrooms at the house are fitted with custom body sprays for HOT and relaxing showers after a day of skiing or hiking. For hikers, we have Bradley Lookout and Pinnacle Trail with spectacular views of Lake George located right in the back of the property. Downtown Bolton Landing Sagamore Hotel, restaurants, local brewery, parks, beaches and Lake George scenic areas are 1 mile away from the house.

House was designed and hand drawn by one of the most influential architects Lake George area. Custom Interior design by Jo Abbott design.

The home was the perfect place to stay while in Lake George to attend a wedding. The view of the Lake is stunning and the home had all the comforts needed for a fabulous vacation. The host was very responsive to any of our needs. My only regret was that it was too short of a stay to enjoy all of the amenities of the home.

We loved our summer vacation at the Eagles Nest. The house is beautiful spacious, comfortable, clean, modern, secluded and serene. And the view is amazing. We enjoyed the large family and game room and the saunas were awesome. Anthonyand Ava were great hosts. They responded quickly to our questions, provided a warm welcome and recommdations for things to do in Lake George.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was very clean, spacious, and offered amazing views. It was about 20 minutes from downtown Lake George and Million Dollar Beach, with convenient local stores nearby for groceries and essentials.The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We visited with family, and the kids enjoyed it just as much as we did. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures are very accurate as far as the beauty the property. It was a perfect space for a large group of people as we never felt too crowded. We had a brief hiccup at the beginnign of our trip, but Anthony's communication was great as we navigated the challenge.

What makes this property unique

What makes this property unique is that there is always something to do! Winter - skiing resorts are only a short distance away from the house. Fall – spectacular foliage and one-of-a-kind hiking adventure. Spring and Summer – beautiful beaches, boating, hiking, ziplining, local fireworks show can be enjoyed right from your private deck at the house or 2nd floor gazebo. Not to mention local restaurants, craft brewery, marinas, Sagamore Hotel and Up Yonda farm where kids can experience turtle exhibit, butterfly conservatory, local wildlife interactive center and pond where kids are allowed to net and fish while Adirondack chairs and benches are set up for the adults!
