This villa was recently remodeled in Spring of 2019, and features memory foam mattresses, flat screen Roku TVs (you must log in to your own streaming accounts), a fully equipped kitchen (bring your own coffee, spices, etc.), LED lighting throughout, plush bath towels, and starter packs of dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (you may need to buy more during your stay as these are not replenished). All linens including comforters are brand new and are changed out in between each guest.

There will be a beach wagon available for your use. We do not provide beach chairs or toys, however these items may be available for your use as they are often left behind by previous guests. We do not guarantee the condition or availability of beach items. **YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS**

Hilton Head Island is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a 10-15 minute stroll down the private Hilton Head Resort boardwalk. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regularly scheduled runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, beach-side bar and grill.

Hilton Head Resort features amenities galore, including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor walking track, onsite bike rentals, six lighted tennis courts, a poolside deli and gift shop, a beachfront bar and grill, beachfront restrooms, beach volleyball court, and a front gate with 24/7 security. Golfing is abundant in either direction when leaving the resort grounds. Guests love to take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of bike/pedestrian trails. Whether you want to explore the island’s wonders or unwind by the beach- Hilton Head Resort has something for you!

Review

The place was comfortable and was a great value. My only complaint was that it was listed at 11 miles from Parris Island and it was actually a 38 mile drive (50 mins). My fault for not doing better research on location.

Great Stay

All was great and just as described. No issues at all. Very comfy beds. Having the indoor pool with the kids was great because we did have a rainy day and it was still cool out.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was nice and very convenient to get to the indoor pool which was nice with the on and off rain that happened that week. It was a little complicated trying to find the beach cart but other than that our stay was great.

Exactly what we expected and more

Great trip. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our things. The location is excellent. I loved being able to easily get to and from the beach, and it is in easy driving distance from plenty of shops and great restaurants.

Great place in Hilton Head

This was a nice place to stay in Hilton Head. The room was clean and everything worked. The resort is a typical place for the island. Pools were clean and people were friendly.

Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay here! Clean property, lose access to beach and amenities. It can be a little loud during the day as families are at the pool but in the evenings it is relatively quiet.

Nice Facility, close to all you'll need on the Isle.

Easy to find location. Nice walk on the boardwalk over the marshes to the private beach. The Resort Facilities were nice. Nice overall stay. Word of warning for anyone looking for an perfectly quiet stay away from children (specifically during summer). The indoor pool is inside the building here and closes at 11pm. Didn't bother us at all, but was noticeable and may bother others.

Nice place for our anniversary weekend

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in Hilton Head. We had to figure out how to get to the first floor since you actually use the outside elevator to get to first floor from the ground level you park on. But after that it was convenient to get to. Nice comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screens in every room and easy access to all the indoor things like the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym and track. Would stay here again.

Stuff broken

The TV in one of the bedrooms was broke and there was a leak under the kitchen sink and it had been that way a long time. The owner said we broke the tv and tried to charge us for it. We did not know we should have reported all the broken stuff when we got there. Big mistake.

Decent stay

Overall our stay was really nice. We really liked the resort and all it has to offer. The room was clean which was good since we had a little one crawling. The rooms are really bright so if you are used to it being dark when you sleep good luck. Beds were decently comfortable but the corner of the king bed kept caving in. We sleep with fans and there was one box fan available which was great. Unfortunately, we were not able to get into the locker with the beach items. I messaged the owner to figure out what the trick was or if I was doing something wrong and I never got an answer. Also when arriving the garbage drawer would not shut. I messaged the owner and never heard anything back again. I was not impressed with the lack of communication unless it was in regards to getting money for the place.

Very nice place with lots to offer

This condo is nicely furnished, comfortable, and welcoming. The building has an indoor swimming pool, an indoor track, and fitness center. Just a 5-10 minute walk across a private boardwalk to the ocean and a seaside bar/ grille. Centrally located on the island, it's just a short drive to any of the main attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and check-in is a breeze. The only downside is the walls and windows are not very sound dampening, so you hear anybody outside in the parking lot. Thankfully this building is back off the street so you don't get traffic noise. Definitely recommend!

Great getaway with the family

We had to make a quick change of plans when hurricane Sally hit Pensacola 2 days before we were suppose to arrive. We had never been to Hilton Head Island and when I found this condo available at a great price, we had to check it out. The condo itself is decorated very nicely. And for the first time ever, the bed in the master is very comfortable and we slept great! One search I saw that the resort was labeled as a budget resort. It has great amenities for the whole family and seems to be quiet neighborhood. It’s a hike to the beach and you’ll need a wagon if you carry much stuff to the beach. Coco’s is convenient but the line moves very slow and the drinks are pricey. Also, if it’s your first time going to HHI you must know that the town shuts down around 8 and if you like food with lots of flavor, bring some extra seasoning of your own. I will keep this condo in my favorites list for any future trips to HHI.

Don’t recommend!

I hope this saves someone from wasting their time and money. Upon arriving we did a walk thru of the unit. I wouldn’t consider this “newly renovated” anymore. For one thing, it wasn’t clean. There was something spilt down the side of the cabinets, all walls appeared dirty with paint chipping from walls and doors, a hole in the bathroom wall, 2 of the 3 beds had red on them which appeared to be blood, the mirror had mouth and hand prints, the couch had dark spots all over where it appeared things were spilled, every lamp shade and picture was crooked, a brown binder that was supposed to be white, a lamp with no light bulb at all, and every vent in the unit covered with mold. The property manager was extremely unpleasant and refused any type of compensation or refund. Having two kids under 2 and to immune compromised adults, we decided to cut our losses and go somewhere else. Best decision we ever made! We were told “the kinds of people who stay here, don't have a problem with these things”. You can tell by state of the unit, that the property managers only care about the money, not providing a quality, cleanliness experience to their paying customers.
