Nice and clean, host was nice and communicative. Parking was easy and close . Kitchen had everything we needed. This location was the best place to be by far . We walked to the entrance to the park everyday we stayed. So easy. And having subway below us was a nice bonus. Would totally stay here again !
Great place to stay. Everything we needed was available. Having en suite laundry was very nice. The location could not have been any better! It was just across the street from the park entrance. Jack was on site and was very friendly. Highly recommend!
Great location and very convenient. The area may seem a little unusual at first, but everything turned out to be great. For our family of three, there was plenty of space and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was fantastic—so close to the park that we were able to walk right in each day and never needed to drive our car, which made the trip much easier. The apartment itself was very clean and nicely updated. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and shampoo. Those little touches made the stay much more convenient, especially when traveling.Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay, and the location truly can’t be beat.
Location is awesome and the space was clean and cozy. Very close to the park we just walked in. All the grocery shops around for food items are outrageously priced. Bring from a supermarket outside of town if you can or just eat out. Springdale is a total tourist trap town so everything is Parking can also be a pain so once we parked our car at the apt lot we didn’t move it for worry of someone stealing the spot for easy park access.
Great little apartment with everything you need for several days at Zion, and you definitely can’t beat the location! There’s a gated alleyway to access the three apartments, so it’s a safe place to leave ebikes if you rent them overnight.
Great location. Nice place which was well appointed. laundry supplies were there for our use.Our concern was regarding very poor communication with the host. I emailed questions literally 1 hr after booking our stay which was 4 wks prior to our arrival. His response came 2 days prior to our stay so it really wasn't very helpful. Also, there were to be 2 parking spots for us to use as we booked 2 of his units. When we returned from a brief trip out and about, we found another car in our space. It turned out that he rented the spot to someone else as he had seen on his camera that we had left. This was very annoying as we then had to find somewhere else to park. He told a person in our party whom he happened to run across that we could just park in the handicap spot at the Subway and that he'd give us a placard. Of course, had there been an issue of where to put our car, we would never have been able to contact him as he doesn't respond to messages.Aside from that, the place is nice and very close to the visitor center.
We had a fabulous time at Zion and this was a great place to stay! Comfortable and relaxing to return to everyday. Thanks to the great location we didn’t have to move the car the whole time (we did do a 15-20 min walk to dinner each night- bring a flashlight!). Kitchenette is small, but perfect for breakfast and packing our trail lunches each day. We ate dinner out. Very spacious for the 2 of us.
Initial communication was great. I received an email giving instructions for check in, check out and a message that I needed to send my vehicle information to the host to avoid being towed. I responded with that information 24 hours to our check in and asked a couple questions. We stayed two nights and the host never responded to my questions that I sent prior to check in. I am not sure what happened, but I try not to assume the worst of people. The check in instructions were very specific about parking in the designated spot for the rented apartment, however on our second day we had driven into Zion and parked at the visitor center and when we returned to our designated spot someone else was parked in there. We asked the subway employee what to do and they said talk to the man in the white truck in the parking lot. He told us he sold that spot and gave us a visitor tag to hang in our car. It all worked out, but a little frustrating that the instructions were very specific that we park only in that spot and then it was “sold”. The bunkbed beds were not made upon our arrival, which was odd compared to every other place I have stayed. It is a GREAT location for Zion. It was clean and the pictures are a true representation.
Great stay and love the location and being able to walk right across the street and into the park! Perfect for a family of four and just enough space in amenities to be comfortable. Highly recommend!
The location of this rental was perfect - it is the closest you can get to the park without staying in the park. The bed was comfy. The kitchen had pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The induction hotplate worked great, but we could never get the convection oven to work; the microwave worked fine. I did contact the host about this. There were Keurig coffee pods and some sugar to use. There was laundry soap and dryer sheets and you could pick washing machine settings, The dyer knob was broken so you couldn't pick any settings for that. You got what you got. There were plenty of towels, and there was body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied. We never had any issue with being above a Subway or having another rental next to us, it was very private and safe with a locked gate for entrance to the rental. There were towing signs everywhere in the parking lot (which is shared with Subway customers) and we had an assigned parking spot. We needed to send the host our vehicle information and told to park in our spot to avoid being towed. Every time we left early in the morning (We did several other hikes outside the main park) and came back our spot was taken - the lot essentially was a Zion overflow lot. After a couple of days we didn't fret it anymore and parked were we wanted to.All in all it was a great place to stay with minor issues.
A slightly odd location basically right behind a Subway, but you can't beat waking up and walking 5 minutes to the park entrance. The place is beautiful and comfortable with super views. The kitchen is a bit small for trying to cook for more than 2 people, but we overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Location location location… although unit is behind a Subway , it was perfect plave to stay if most of your day will be in the park. Beds comfy and had everything we needed.. as well as good price compared to other hotels in same area
