This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a full kitchen/living room. The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 5 adults. The bedroom has 1 king size bed 1 queen size bunkbed set. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay.
Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $30/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.

During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!

Drives to Bryce Canyon, The North Rim of Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks are a short distance away.

Location!

Last minute trip, we were able to book this 2 nights before our trip to zions. It ended up being in the perfect locarion, right across the street from everything we needed. Very pleased with this rental experience.

Amazing 3 days in Zion!

We loved the location straight across fromthe buses and also easy to get rentals for the narrows. Great spot and plenty of space for a family of 5. The host was very informative and quick to respond

Perfect location

This unit is the perfect location. It has you as close to entrance of Zion as possible , no having to ride the bus to entrance just walk across the street. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location

We could walk across the road to the entrance to Zion National Park. It was perfect. The place is small, but fit all 5 of us nicely. We wanted to be outdoors as much as possible so we didn't spend much time other than sleeping! It was ideal for our purposes.

Great location

You won't get a better location if you're visiting Zion National Park. It's literally 50 yards from the visiting center. The place was nice for the most part. The bunk bed was wobbly so nobody slept on the top bunk. Also the bunk beds did not have bed sheets on them when we checked in so had to put the clean sheets on ourselves.I called the host about the wobbly bunk bed but he didn't seem very helpful and was out of town. Overall, the location makes it very worthwhile to stay at but just wish a few things would have been better.

So close to Zion!

If you want close to Zion it would be hard to beat. So nice to be able to walk into Zion! Makes it easy to go early and leave late. It’s a clean apartment with all the necessities. Really appreciated having laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and soap already there. Great view out the window too!Subway smell didn’t follow us into our unit and we didn’t mind smelling it outside!

Great place at a great location!

Our annual girls trip took us to Zion this year. We loved the location of this property, as it was just a short walk to the gates of Zion National Park. The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and allowed our group of 6 to spend more quality time hiking and out of the car, due to the close proximity to the park and local shops. Our group highly recommends this property!

As they say: Location, location, location!! I don’t think you can get much closer to the park entrance. The place was exactly what we needed and worked well for our family of 5. Comfy beds and great kitchen amenities.

Location!

The location is perfect! It’s a 5 minute walk to Zion shuttles and 10 minute walk to many restaurants in Springdale. The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast including plenty of coffee pods. Extra towels were a bonus. The only downside is the noise from Subway at closing time 9-10pm. Bring your earplugs. Otherwise a great stay.

Location Location Location

We booked this property for its location. It is right outside Zion National Park. It was easy for us to walk right into the park and there are shops, restaurants and convenience stores close by. We had our own parking spot and did not have to worry about getting a parking spot at the park or in town (because those fill up) which was lovely. We did a big hike each morning and came back to rest for a bit before going back out. The apartment had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep, watch tv, get on Wi-Fi, shower, etc.

Excellent location! Across street from park entrance and shuttle service. We caught a rain storm while finishing a hike and was able to walk to our room. Harvey was helpful and courteous. Equipped well.

Location could not be more convenient!

Location could not be more convenient! It doesn’t have a balcony or porch, but after spending all day outdoors, which is the reason for visiting this area, it’s a small concession for the comfort and convenience of this apartment. Owner couldn’t be nicer. Would highly recommend!

The property was a great location to the entrance of Zion National Park. Literally, across the street. The only complaint is the wall is a little thin. I could hear neighbors in the morning. Overall, clean, safe, good parking.

We were a party of 4 adults in Unit 2. Location is a great base for visiting Zion National Park. Short walk to the Park Entrance and shuttle bus. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 in three beds all in one bedroom. As mentioned in some other reviews, the shower hot water is a little wonky, but it was not a dealbreaker. A couple minor hiccups (parking on day 1 and keyless entry failure mid-stay) were quickly resolved.

This is a perfect place for doing Zion hikes/exploring because you are within 1/4 mile of entrance to park, the Zion Peddler fo bike rentals, grocery store, NP Visitor Center and nice eating area. This means you can catch the shuttle - do a hike and come back for a lunch break then go out and do another hike! This also means you don't have to use your car. One car is free to park with your place and you can get an extra spot for a nightly fee if needed. Carrying your junk up to the place was super close by and we felt our cars were safe there. If you are out for the day and ready to just sit on the couch, there is a Subway, Pizza place and icecream shop below you. Minor issues were water did not stay hot long for the showers and the smell of Subway/Pizza did fill the hallway but not our apartment. A very nice plus is a free washer and dryer to use. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Dishwasher, oven, stove were all great. Storage was everywhere. We treated our son, his wife and 2 grandkids to this trip. We all slept in the bedroom with a closed door. A bunk bed (queen size) and a king in one room made this easy. There is a pull out bed but we did not use it so I can't vouch for it being comfy. Can't wait to bring my other grown children. Blessings on your trip!

Perfect location!

Truly, if you're going to be spending your time in Zion, there isn't a more perfect location. When the shuttles are running, you're a 5 minute walk into the park. The only time we used the car was to get groceries and go to Bryce Canyon! We rented both apartments and both were great. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen to save money on going out for meals. There were 6 of us and we slept comfortably, 3 to a room. You *might* be able to fit two kids on the futon, but two adults would be a little uncomfortable. The rooms were clean and very nicely decorated. The apartment without the kitchen had a mini-fridge and a microwave, which was fantastic. Entry into the apartments were with access codes, which worked out well so we didn't have to juggle who had the keys and all of us could come and go with ease. Apartment is above a Subway sandwich shop, but that didn't bother us -- there wasn't much noise that we could hear. About the only thing that was frustrating was the lack of a good wi-fi signal; we were connected to Subway's wi-fi and it was, at best, slow and at worst, unusable because it kept disconnecting. Of course, the only thing that really hampered was our ability to post our cool Zion pictures to Facebook! The Thai restaurant next door was excellent, the brewpub across the street was really good and we all raved about Zion Pizza and Pasta, which was a little walk down the road. Lots of great food and drink opportunities. If I ever find myself visiting Zion again, I would likely stay here.

I read the reviews before booking and agree with all the reviews about how perfect the location is. We walked right across the street to Zion National park visitor center and was able to walk to all the restaurants we wanted to. Highly recommend. VRBO had amenities we needed.
