We have such a wonderful stay at Observation Point! The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the host was lovely! Girls trip to Zion was definitely upgraded with this stay, would rent again and recommend to others!

Loved this place! Room to spare in this immaculate house right on the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was the perfect choice for our college friends reunion.

Great location and amenities for our group!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay. The Springdale shuttle was right there to bring us to Zion which provided our group flexibility for who wanted to do what on their own timeline. And those that just wanted to relax could enjoy the beautiful deck right along the river. It was just perfect - we all had the space we needed plus gathering spots for us all to spend time together. Cannot recommend this enough!

A great place to relax with friends after long days in the park

We stayed here for a guy’s trip to hike in Zion. We also used the house as a basecamp to hike Kanarra Falls and Bryce Canyon. It is a large, clean, well-equipped house very near the park. We spent evenings recuperating out on the back deck overlooking the Virgin River. It’s a beautiful house with beautiful views. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place to stay that is awesome and close to the park.

Great Modern House Near Zion

This property was very clean and had 3 kitchens and 3 washer/dryers. It has 3 levels and a lot of space to spread out. Outside, the views are amazing and many places to take it all in. It was very convenient to everything!

Fantastic home

I cannot say enough about this home! It is truly spectacular and was very comfortable for my family on our vacation. The host, Tori, was very welcoming and had a hand written note for us on arrival with information on the home and recommendations for restaurants, etc. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. We loved every minute and just wish we had longer!

Amazing home!

This home was in the best location, steps from the Zion National Park shuttle stop! It has a gorgeous view of the river and the mountains from a huge back deck supplied with table and chairs plus lounge chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and other supplies, and the whole home was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. Could walk/shuttle to pretty much everywhere in Springdale. Highly recommend!

Toris' house is without doubt one of the nicer VRBOs you will find. The location is excellent, the back decks(s) with the Virgin River is amazing, the house itself is extremely comfortable (best mattresses ever in a VRBO!), multiple laundry rooms, etc. I can go on. Tori was also very responsive to questions we had, and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you, and we will be back!

Spring Brrak in Springdale

Great location in Springdale, right near shuttle stop to Zion Canyon and on the river. The house is lovely and well maintained, though the kitchens would benefit from some organizing and improved selection of tools, pots and pans, etc. Fantastic views right from the property and a nice hiking option right from the house. Tori is a terrific host. She offered great recommendations for hiking, restaurants and other activities. We appreciated the personal welcome and tour at the start of our stay!

Awesome stay

We loved our stay! The house is just gorgeous and has everything you need. The kitchen might be a little small for a larger group but there are two more kitchenettes so you can use those! The location is perfect, right next to the shuttle stop and walking distance to some restaurants and shops. The access to the river is a little tricky but the hiking trail is right next door and on the other side of the river so you can get in the river easier by going around to that. Zion was amazing! Use the shuttle system or rent a bike. Much easier than trying to park during peak times.

Beautiful property / exceeded our expectations

This VERBO exceeded our expectations. 4 couples stayed comfortably each with a bathroom for themselves / a kitchenette on each of the 3 floors and washer - dryer on each floor as well. It was decorated lovely and had 4 more beds than we needed - which would work great for families with kids. We were on the edge of town, not even 10 minutes from the park (Zion). We enjoyed the hot tub after a long days hike and some of our group even hiked the trails directly across the river, behind the home. I would highly reccommend you stay at this home. We did not use the kitchens as we ate at Oscar's just up the road - GREAT SERVICE / YUMMY FOOD / decent prices (breakfast, lunch & dinner).

Beautiful, modern home great for family gatherings

In town for a family event, we had the best stay in this house. The house is beautiful, clean, with the most comfortable beds! The layout was thoughtful with a washer and dryer and kitchen on each of the 3 floors. We had four families, some with young kids, and the sound barrier was great between floors. There was plenty of ha g out space for the adults at night. The location is fabulous for driving to Zion (visitor’s center is 7 min away) or taking the free Springdale shuttle stop 7. Though next to the main road, we heard none of the traffic but could hear the lovely babbling of the river in the back with open back doors. Tori was quickly responsive and met us to show us around the house. We really enjoyed our visit and had a fabulous stay at this property!

PERFECTLY AMAZING, WELL APPOINTED NEW HOME - FABULOUS LOCATION JUST MINUTES FROM ZION NP ENTRANCE!

Trust me, don't look any further for accommodations just moments from entrance to Zion NP (and steps away from the Shuttle stop)! This is a one of a kind, super special property. (Check out the lower level property as well which is equally as nice!) We have rented a number of properties thru HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. over the years, and this is BY FAR the nicest and most perfect. This was a great home base for our family of 6 and we loved relaxing here after a day of exploring Zion NP. This unit (Observation Point) is on the top floor of this property and has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two really comfortable and amazing hanging daybeds with gorgeous views of the mountains of Zion. So cool! Owner Tori did an amazing job designing this property- this unit and the one below each have their own outdoor seating areas with beautiful views, hot tubs, and grills. Rent one unit or both for a larger group or two families-- just perfect. Tori has thought of everything and is very accommodating and helpful with recommendations for favorites around town. We wish we could have stayed here longer and look forward to returning to Springdale - and to Observation Point. This is a new property - don't wait on this one! Have fun and enjoy this property and Zion NP!

Perfect location, gorgeous home with lots of space to spread out. We were 7 people (3 couples) and grandpa. 2 bedrooms on main level was great, loved the ping pong table and outdoor patios overlooking the river. Hot tub was wonderful. Host was wonderful. Felt very spa-like.

We had an incredible stay at this house near Zion! After long days of hiking, it was the perfect place to come back to comfortable, spacious, and filled with thoughtful amenities. The setting was peaceful and beautiful, with plenty of space for our group to relax together. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home. Fantastic

We had a great stay!! The house is amazing and the views from the front and the back are beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck in the cool of the morning. The location was perfect. Easy access to just about everything. Tori was fantastic!! She was so helpful and had so many good suggestions of things to do and places to eat!!
