This 3,890 square foot home is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat to Zion National Park. Located next the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort property you can enjoy resort amenities while also being fully connected to the outdoors. Explore Zion National Park hikes that start right from the resort property. Visit our other nearby parks with just a short drive to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and more.

Perfectly appointed for large families or groups up to 14 people. We've thought of everything so you don't have to! 2 large community areas and a big outdoor patio are a MUST for relaxing with a group and this house has them all.

Our expansive house has 6 generous sized private bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 large community inside spaces, open floor plan and outdoor patio seating with grills and private hot tub for dining and star gazing.

Our guests love the two expansive comfortable community areas. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook and dine with a crowd. Dining room has plenty of seating for everyone to dine in comfort. Outdoor private patio is perfect for stargazing, soaking in the hot tub after a long hike and outdoor adventures, and gourmet grilling and dining with your group. It has a large shaded seating area and lounge area.

Open concept Kitchen area is well appointed and perfect to cook for a crowd. There is an outdoor barbeque grill are on the back patio for your use with extra propane tanks nearby.

Bedrooms: The home has 6 bedrooms, 4 King bedrooms with connected bathrooms with showers. Plus 2 large bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each one! These two bedrooms share the larges bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combo. We have 2 twin size rollaway beds that will fit in the king bedrooms. That doesn't count the 2 queen size sofa pullouts in the upstairs.

Located within walking distance of the Zion Ponderosa resort. Amenities such as swimming, tennis, zip lining, mini-golf, horseback riding and ATV Rentals all available for an extra fee. The pool is an extra fee of $10 per person per day or a $20 per person per week. Ponderosa Resort offers horseback riding, swimming, rock wall climbing, tennis, swing set, jeep tours, and more!

Price for this house is based on a 10 person stay. There is an additional $10 per person over 10 guest per night fee.

Perfect location and well appointed

The house was the perfect amount of space, made traveling with multiple families a breeze and the location couldn’t be more perfect for Zion, Bryce and Antelope. Can’t recommend it enough. Communication was also great with the managers.

Beautiful home in an amazing location!

This home with well stocked without any clutter. Absolutely gorgeous home and perfectly placed with tons to see and do. Our family hiked Angel’s landing, explored Bryce Canyon, walked Buckskin Gulch and went snow skiing, rode horses etc all with very short and scenic drives. Perfect home for the active explorer or anyone looking for a relaxing get-a-way. The kids loved the ping pong table and everyone took some time to soak in the hot tub. The managers were so kind and helpful!

Just Book it!!

This place has everything for your group! 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (read description in listing) felt like two homes! The backyard was spacious and offered some nice wildlife (deers and Turkeys). The place is 30/40 minutes from South entrance and 1.5 hours from Bryce Canyon. We got groceries in St.George (Walmart and Costco) and in 1.5 hours we were at the cabin. The communication was spot on- My phone was not working and my wife was able to coordinate quickly to get us in (no internet until you connect to the cabin WiFi). We would definitely rent this place again!

We met at University of Nebraska, married more years than I'd like to admit, and raised 2 children. We share a love to travel; socialize; and explore the outdoors. In 2020 a friend introduced us to Zion and this house. We instantly fell in love with the house and neighborhood and wanted to continue to share it with guests as well as our friends.

The home is a long time short term rental and our local property managers, Kraig and Logan, live nearby and take great care of our home and guests, that we are excited to share it with you.

Since purchasing the home, we are making upgrades and improvements along the way and hope you enjoy as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We love to bring our friends here on vacation to enjoy Zion and all of the natural beauty.

This house is perfectly appointed for couples or singles travelling together. 6 large bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 4 of the Bedrooms are Master style with a private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are perfect for single adults to share -- each of those bedrooms have 2 queen sized beds! Top it all off with 2 huge living rooms to hang out in and a large kitchen and dining area.

What makes this property unique

Near the East gate of Zion the house is the perfect location located in between Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Pink Sand Dunes. Hike directly into the park nearby for some lesser seen trails. You can also utilize the Zion Ponderosa Resort next door for an extra fee.

The common areas have plenty of space for everyone to relax both inside an out. The extra pit group upstairs is a great area for the men or the kids to relax in. Dining for 14 does not counting the extra counter seats.
