The property was in an excellent location as we wanted to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon. Plus, we had MTB trails close by and horseback riding. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. We had 9 people staying at the house and it never felt crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed to make some great meals. The ping pong table brought us loads of fun!

We traveled with 14 people, and this house was the best equipped home we’ve had in 7 years of biannual family vacations.The beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with almost every piece of equipment you could want. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive. Loved the home and would definitely return.

This property was amazing! It was the perfect space for our family of 6 adults and 6 children. There was all the equipment needed for our toddler including a backpack carrier to use in Bryce Canyon. The kitchen had everything we ever needed and the hosts were incredible!

This VRBO was a perfect fit for our needs. The place was very clean and organized. The check in/check out process was seamless and easy. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the furniture, towels, and other furnishings were all in great condition. Personally, I enjoyed all the beautiful pictures on the walls. Our three families (6 adults and 3 children) stayed at this location for 8 nights. When found the home extremely clean and ready to occupy. The hosts quickly replied to any questions. The kitchen was well equipped. Most important the beds were very comfortable. Love the location. Accessible to Zion and Bryce National Parks and trails around Kanab. For crowd free view of Zions try the nearby Deertrap/Cable Mountain and East Observation trail. Loved this place.

The house was spacious, clean and beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with everything except chip clips! The Ponderosa Ranch around the corner has a little gift/convenience store, restaurant/cafeteria and awesome mini golf course. The only complaint we have is the location…. It’s about 45 mins from everything and down a never ending winding road. We had a great time in UT and the host and house were 10/10!

We have stayed in dozens of properties and this one was my favorite. Location and house are wonderful but mostly what made this the best were the hosts. Everything- EVERYTHING was well stocked. As a parent of 5 traveling with a group of 14 I cannot emphasize how amazing this was. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent communication.
