Spacious & Fun Retreat Near Zion! - Private Pool & Pickleball Court!!!

Welcome to this Spacious, Sparkling Clean and FUN home near Zion National Park!

Perfectly situated between Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park you will be surrounded by hiking, biking, and ATV trails as well as many unique southern Utah's red rock golf courses and a lake for cooling off and boating. Plus St. George shopping centers are only 30 minutes away. You will not be short of things to do.

The home is designed to entertain guests of all ages with a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball hoop and outdoor grill and fire pit. Plus tons of room to relax and make yourself at home indoors.

The 4,000 square foot home has a modern and open floor plan. The large kitchen is fully stocked and features a convection oven, induction cooktop, large professional fridge and freezer, and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. There is dining space for 18, a large family room and a game loft as well as 2 laundry rooms. The oversized two car garage has a level 2 EV charger available to use for a small fee upon request.

The bedrooms feature king and queen beds with Purple Mattresses and premium bedding. Each bedroom has their own 50” smart TV. There are two additional 72” TVs in the loft and the living room.

The home has comfortable beds for up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms.

The pool and hot tub provide a great way to relax and have fun after your daily adventures. If you are interested in having the pool heated please reach out prior to your stay so we can set it up. October - May there is a $60 per day heating fee. The hot tub is heated year round by the push of a button at no additional charge.

Disclosure: For security purposes we have a smart doorbell and a garage door opener with security cameras. They will be on during your stay.

PERFECT Stay!!

*5* Stars all around!-Beautiful, clean property, we loved the pool, hot tub, and pickleball court, and the home was wonderful in every way.-They had every kitchen appliance we needed, everything was well stocked, well thought out, all of our needs were met and more.-Wonderful communication with the host, they responded to our every question, and were always available anytime we needed anything.-Beautiful and perfect location, we were able to get to Zion's quickly and had a great time.-Loved all the little touches, right down to the hot chocolate maker, which we enjoyed each morning. -One of our very favorite places to stay, we can't wait to book there again! Dual-Sport Vacation

My wife and I along with 8 other friends rented the house for a place to sleep and unwind after riding bikes all day. The house worked out perfect and was amazing. House was very clean and we had zero issues. Highly recommend

Southern Utah Charmer

We booked this beautiful home in hopes that it would be the perfect place to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. It turned out beyond amazing. For those who stayed at the property, we took full advantage of the amenities, the pool, pickleball court, huge kitchen, and comfy couch to watch movies. When we hosted friends and family, there was plenty of space to have dinner (both inside and out), play games, and visit. The home was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. It is in a very quaint neighborhood and very close to Zion's park, biking and hiking trails, and great restaurants. The owner of the property was amazing at communication, they checked in upon arrival to ensure that we didn't have any questions or concerns. They also checked on us again as we were leaving. If you are looking for a spacious, clean, and fun home to stay in, I highly recommend this gem!

Fun at the White House

Another successful stay at The White House

We were in the St. George area for an annual soccer tournament and this is our 2nd time staying in the here. It was just as much fun as last year. The Pool and Hot Tub is always a blast for the family. The beds and so comfortable and having 2 laundry rooms makes keeping things clean very easy.If you need a fun place for a large group, this is a highly recommended place!

Spacious and comfortable

Very comfortable with lots of space for everyone to spread out. Owner very responsive to needs. Pickleball court was nice. The hot tub was great, but required 2 hours to heat up prior to use in December. Owner did not permit it to be left on continuously. So this meant it could not be used first thing in the morning and you will need to notify the owner if you want it fully heated upon return after a day of hiking. Pool was very nice when heated to an appropriate temperature. It was too cold when we arrived, but owner increased the temperature upon request. 25 min drive to Zion south and west entrances. Lots of other hiking nearby too. We would rent again.

Thanksgiving Perfection

The home, host, and overall experience exceeded all expectations! My family of eight plus two visitors stayed over Thanksgiving week. The home served as a central hub for trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Coral Sand Dunes. The home was clean, spacious, and very well equipped to accommodate all our needs, including preparing several elaborate meals for the entire family, and keeping everyone entertained after long days of outdoor activities. Thank you, Spencer for sharing your wonderful home and making our Thanksgiving week memorable for the entire family.

Amazing stay in Utah!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! Home was exactly as advertised and we all very much enjoyed our time here. Home was close to shopping and Zion, and a couple hours from Bryce Canyon. La Verkin Gem

We booked the property based on its proximity to Zion National Park and the space it has for our family. The pool and pickleball court were bonuses. The house was clean and well maintained, with adequate cooking gear, a nice large refrigerator and freezer, comfortable beds and furnishings. The host was awesome, very responsive and accommodating. Gateway to so many activities!

The home was beautiful in and out, with tons of space for my family of four. The home guest book suggested some good locations to check out around the area, that my family and I really enjoyed to see. I am giving Spencer’s home a 5 star review as my family and I had no complaints at all. Any questions we had was responded back right away with his personal phone number for quicker response. Wonderful Property

Used this house for family funeral so we could be together to mourn. It was great for that, and good to throw in some fun after the stress of the funeral. The fridge, table, seating, number of beds, along with entertainment for kids, and teenagers was priceless! The kitchen had everything we needed to feed everyone, and the hot tub was relaxing way to end the day. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great times here

Beautiful home, great location

This home in La Verkin is just as described and pictured. It’s clean, lovely, and a great location to Zion (less than 30 minutes on a scenic drive to the entrance). La Verkin is a central location to everything and we really enjoyed our week there. We had zero issues and the few questions we did have were answered very quickly by the owner—within minutes. Checkin and checkout were easy. The pool and backyard provided tons of fun during our down time. We loved going to the local roasting company less than a few minutes away from breakfast and lunch/dinner. Overall we’d 100% recommend this location. My kids loved the “movie room” upstairs for relaxing and playing shuffleboard too. 10/10. Thank you, Spencer, for sharing your lovely home with us.

They thought of everything!

Usually you go to a vacation rental and you have to bring your own stuff, but here they thought of everything, from the complimentary Mia Shampoo and Conditioner all the way down to the s’mores. It was a very hospitable gesture and we really appreciated it. Check in was easy, communication was fast and personable. I could tell the host really cared about our stay. In addition the home was decorated so nicely, and it was roomy with plenty of things to do. I highly recommend this property.

Fun in a Utah!!

The home is very clean, well stocked with just about everything you would need. It accommodated our group of 13 very well and comfortably. All rooms a good size, two laundry rooms worked out well, the kitchen was great ( upgraded appliances, fully supplied with everything you would need and the pantry was amazing), having the garage was great, internet was good, and outside was a ton of fun after hiking all day. The pool was so refreshing and a game of pickle ball and basketball was on! The use the grill was great and supplied the stuff for s’mores!! Spencer was an excellent owner to work with. Very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again - no question.

After hosting remotely for several years our family decided to move closer to the vacation rental in Southern Utah to enjoy the beautiful weather and all the fun and amazing things here. We love the outdoors, traveling, pickleball, biking, golfing, staying busy and of course keeping up with our 4 kids. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with La Verkin and all of it's small town charms. We have kept an eye out for homes in the area for a while and once we found this one we knew it was the perfect place for us. Nestled in between Zions National Park and Sand Hollow, one of our favorite lakes to boat on, and of course the warmth of Southern Utah. We love our home and love that we get to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

Southern Utah is an amazing place! There are so many things to see and do. After a busy day of playing and adventuring it is nice to go back to a place that feels like and has all the amenities of home. Even for larger groups there is plenty of space to find peace and quiet or fun things to do at the house. There is something here for everyone! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!!!
