Dune-Our-Thing with Private Pool

Adventure and/or relaxation await you with our spacious 4 bedroom home with private swimming pool (see comment below about pool).

Our beautifully decorated, new flooring installed 2025 thorughout, 4 bedroom and 2 bath home can accommodate up to 12 people (10 in private quarters). A king sized Purple Mattress bed and HD flat screen TV in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper available in the living room. Whether you're barbecuing out back, taking a dip in the private pool, playing on the PS4, or having a family ping pong tournament on a rainy day, you will have plenty to do at Dune-Our-Thing!

Sand Hollow Lake just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, boating, tubing, ATV riding in the rich red dunes, and so much more!
This home has fast access to the best Southern Utah has to offer such as Sand Hollow Lake and Zion National Park! Restaurants, shopping, and city life are just a 10 - 15 minute drive away.

$85 per day February, March, April, October and November
$60 per day May and September
June, July and August should not need the heater

The house and property are beautiful and well maintained. The house is stocked with all the essentials a person could need. The host are very friendly and available should questions arise. The pool is exceptional and so relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is in a location that is close enough to stores to be convenient for items you may have not remembered to bring with you.

We had such a great time at this house. It was in a great location just outside of cute town of Hurricane and super close to Zion and Shade Hollow. We had a blast in the pool and enjoyed preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for a quick trip to sand hollow park. There was a lot of room for trailer parking and they neighbors were so friendly and helpful. The heated pool was awesome after a hard day of riding.

We had such a great time at this property. We felt right at home. It is clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and the pool is awesome. Brittany was fantastic with communication. Relaxing little spot

Our stay was fantastic! The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we appreciated the quite area away from the city. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was a game-changer for our family vacation. Definitely recommend and not to far from St George and lots of kid friendly places. Highly recommend!

Great girls trip!

We celebrated a fun girls/mom trip and couldn’t recommend this place more! It was very roomy with 10 of us and the amenities were great! The place was pretty clean though we did recommend a few things to the owners that could use some more attention or be fixed, such as mirrors and windows cleaned, under furniture cleaned, drains were slow, pretty minute details. The owners were very appreciative of the feedback so they could fix the issues. The important areas were very clean though and the beds were very comfortable. The private pool was such a great treat! We would totally stay here again!

Great place!

Place is great! I paid to heat the pool and it was like bath water. It was 40 degrees outside (in March) in the morning and we swam (myself too not just my kids). It’s about 40 minutes from Zion. Quiet, safe neighborhood! Comfortable beds. Minor complaint-not many spices for cooking and no coffee. I would stay here again!! Close to Walmart for groceries and 15 minutes from St. George (fun shops and restaurants). We stayed as a family (17, 15, 12 and 10). Very safe neighborhood/cute area. Text host a few questions and she responded within 10 minutes. Easy to enter and garage parking was nice. If coming from Vegas-highly recommend Valley of Fire state park too. If you’re here to see Zion, this is a great spot. Lots of ATV and dirt bike trails out in the area too.

We have owned several vacation rentals and this one is our FAVORITE. There are endless things to do in the house and then the outside is another story. Its located so close to lakes, national parks, and some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. Plus its a great get away from the snow!
