Whether you're chasing a Zion sunrise, competing in St. George's world-famous race events, or just need a stunning base camp for the whole crew — this modern 4-bed, 4-bath home with a private saltwater pool and spa was built for it. Sleeps up to 16. City-approved. 15 minutes to everything.

The Pool
The centerpiece: your private saltwater pool and spa. The 18″ wading deck keeps little ones safe while adults soak in the hot tub or swim laps. Salt water means no harsh chlorine smell on skin or suits. Pool toys, puddle jumpers, and lounge chairs included. Gas grill and covered patio right alongside it — so dinner never has to interrupt swim time.

- Pool heating ($100/day) is optional and recommended Oct 1–May 31. We set it to 82–85°F so it’s ready when you arrive.

• Master suite — King bed + sleeper sofa, private bath with soaking tub, direct pool access. Sleeps 4.

This home was made for those weekends: 6-car parking fits vehicles and a trailer, the bunk room handles your team, the kitchen island seats 6 for pre-race carb loading, and the pool is perfect for post-race recovery. Early check-in/late check-out inquiries welcome for race-weekend guests.

This house is great for families in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious with a nice pool. It's location is close to Zion and Sand Hollow. Lots to do nearby. The host is gracious and responds quickly to any concerns. Ww will be back.

Excellent place to stay with your family! We are a family of 6, kids ages 12,10,and 7. The pool was a blast and easy to operate. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this to any family.

We were looking for a home with a pool. Did not disappoint! We had plenty of room for the family. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Home was clean, plenty of amenities and location was close to Zion National Park, local lake and many food options.

My husband, 2 kids under 5 and my mother-in-law stayed for a week in October and it was fantastic. We had way more space than we ever could have used, the kitchen and living room area were huge and best of all the pool was amazing! We’ve already decided we want to come back again next fall.

Great Relaxing Property

Nice property for a family to spend some down time. Quiet neighborhood and private back yard that we appreciated. It was a busy time in the area during the Ironman Race this year but that didn’t affect the stay. Pool and spa were a hit in between trips to the lake. Everything was clean and well managed. Thanks!

Excellent property with great location to many parks

Beautiful house. 2 hrs from Bryce Canyon. 2 hours to Grand Canyon. 40 minutes to Zion. The pool is awesome after spending time in the summer heat. Very quiet neighborhood, minutes from town and 20 minutes to St George. Host was quick to communicate with. I would definitely stay here agajn.

Loved the location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We payed to have the pool heated and that was an absolute must as we didn’t have great weather for our trip. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We loved the location, it was nice to be out of the heart of St. George but still close enough. The reason for the 4 star review is when got there to check in, the cleaning lady was in the house and not finished. We got there at 5:00 so an hour after checkin time. It was a little weird walking in and seeing someone else in there and her car parked in the driveway. I don’t know if she didn’t quite finish because we were there, but the house wasn’t super clean. I wiped quite a few things that were dirty when we got there. There was still food in the fridge and freezer from the previous guests. None of the glass was wiped (fingerprints all over the glass doors,) Overall, we had a great stay!

Couldn't get a refund even though I purchased Cancellation insurance. Paid full price even though I booked it only a few days before I wanted to cancel. Still paid cleaning fee and every other fee even though though the Property was never used. Overall terrible experience from the owner side of things and VRBO side of things.

Great family home

My family has stayed in Hurricane several times at different VRBO properties over the years and this one did not disappoint. The house was wonderful and the pool was great for cooling off in the 100*+ heat. My only complaint is that I sent messages prior to, the day of, during and after our stay and I have yet to receive a response from the property manager. So, I rated the communication low on this property, but the house itself was great. *Note, there are cameras outside in the backyard, which I would have liked to have been made aware of prior to booking. I get the ring camera out front, but the backyard seems like overstepping privacy. Also, the mandatory $500 property damage refundable fee is the most extreme I have run across on VRBO. It has been weeks and I have yet to be refunded.

Stayed here for a week for a family vacation - the 4 of us had plenty of space (our teenagers loved their private bathrooms!) and we had a great time. The house is in a really quiet / beautiful neighborhood- close to everything! It is very well stocked with all the little things you need. The house was very clean and we loved having all the “gadgets” for cooking and baking in the large beautiful kitchen. The pool was used a LOT. We stayed in early July - it’s HOT there and glad we decided not to heat the pool/hot tub as it’s def not necessary. The hot tub was very dirty upon arrival; we messaged the owner and they sent someone right away to clean it…which was great but they really didn’t clean it. We think it was just sand which wasn’t too big of a deal to us. The reason we didn’t give a 5 rating was 1) the controls to the pool/ hot tub are mislabeled. So for the first few days we didn’t use the jets in the hot tub as the control marked jets was actually for the lights (which we didn’t figure out until our first night dip).2) the Wi-Fi was spotty. We got kicked out several times for “wrong password”. Maybe a router issue? It would eventually let us back in. We messaged the owner about this and never heard back from them for the remainder of our stay. Overall, it’s a beautiful home and we had a great vacation. We sent this feedback (along with some other minor things) to the owner but again, no response.

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen. The house is located in a nice neighborhood. We were there primarily for hiking so the location worked well for that purpose. The pool was amazing after long days of hiking. We didn't have any issues during our stay. I would recommend this house to others and would definitely stay here again.
