This modern 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathroom home can sleep 10 people comfortably, The master bedroom downstairs features a King bed, as well as a smart TV with cable access provided for your use! The master ensuite bathroom hosts a large jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The additional downstairs bedroom features a King bed as well as a brand new smart TV. Upstairs, a King suite hosts another smart TV as well as an ensuite bathroom. To the right, you'll find the bunk room, the bunk room hosts 1 twin bunk, and 1 twin-over-full bunk as well as a smart TV and 2 twin murphy beds. In the loft there is another smart TV as well as access to a large balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool. Perfect family vacation

Great Southwest US Family Vacation Hub

The family loved your home! Plenty of space and in a great neighborhood. We enjoy cooking as a family and were pleasantly surprised by how well the home was stocked with kitchen appliances, pots, pans, utensils and spices. The pool and hot tub were a spot on with plenty of floats and toys for the kids. The neighborhood has a park that the kids enjoyed along with pickleball courts that the adults enjoyed. I’d definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone going out that way. Thanks for making memories for our family.

We really enjoyed this property. Close enough to st george with a great pool and patio area to have plenty of fun and food. Good layout for a dozen or so people.

Amazing location. Perfect vacation home for families large or small.

There is so very much to do in and around this property. We were here for 3 days, but could have easily spent 3 weeks. The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and in the center of all the Zion/Sand Hollow area has to offer. It was just minutes to any outdoor activity you could want, while still peaceful and serene. City convenience with country quiet. One of my family's best rental experiences.

Great Spot for Relaxed Getaway

Home was nice, clean, and as advertised. Hot tub was great and clean. Got some feedback thank bunkbed mattresses were a bit soft but rest of beds were comfortable. Location is as advertised, close to golf at Sand Hollow and good distance from Zion. Be aware there isn’t much around it. It’s in a quiet development without any restaurants in the vicinity. If that’s what you’re looking for it’s great.

Accurate and awesome

The pictures looked too good to be true. They were accurate though. Immaculate house with private pool and hot tub. Multiple living areas and a great layout. Almost didn't get to Zion as the kids were having so much fun in the pool.

Big Clean House With A Pool

Had a great stay in Hurricane. The house was big and CLEAN. The kitchen, dining and den are all one large area, which is great. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools. The pool and the hot tub were both an awesome plus. Nice grill and outdoor zone. There's a ping pong table and second fridge in the garage, but the Pop-A-Shot Basketball is the star. We were 7 adults and there are lot's of beds. With18 people it would be tight. But that's just me. Would definitely rent here and/or with Red Sands again. Utah Rocks

Red Sands were very good to work with and the house was great.

The house was very comfy, great kitchen area. There is only some miner issues that needs addressed. 1- the keurig coffee maker dose not work. 2- the door going into the garage from the house the strike for the lock is backward so you can't lock the door. 3- the upstairs shower curtain is mounted all wrong. 4- it would have been nice to have some kleenex in the house. Would I rent this house again, absolutely in a heart beat. Great house, good location.

Don't Stay Here :)

Please don't book this house, because then we can't book it. Honestly, it was a great place to stay. Plenty of room to Park a big boat in the driveway and still access the garage.
