8 separate private sleeping areas & 8 bathrooms! 4 Master King Suites, 2 Queen Suites, 9 bed Bunkroom, 2 great rooms that are perfect for gathering with friends.
Large well stocked kitchen, washers & dryers. 2 car garage & lots of parking!
10 TVs! Surround Sound.

"If you’re looking for a place your kids will have endless fun, this is the place! Kids loved the pool with the slide and cliff to jump off! They swam for hours! Then there was the pickleball court that not only the kids had a blast but the adults played for hours as well. Plenty of space for multiple families to sleep as well. We loved it and will definitely be back again!!" - Vince
Very Cozy to sit and watch the kids play in the Pool. Or lounge in the Hot Tub. We have now added a new outdoor Kitchen with high quality BBQ. And Full Patio Covering. Very nice to sit outside.
A studio style Pool house that features 1 Queen pullout bed & 3 twin beds, a bathroom, game table/chairs & a kitchenette with microwave!
TV's in each room. Surround sound in 2 Family rooms. Play your own music from your phone throughout the house and patio.

Wonderful park close by with PickleBall courts and Water Splash Pad. Close to Sand Hollow Reservoir and Resort. Dirt roads connect the house to the play area for all ATV's
Other Things to Note:
No Parking on the Street in front of the property. Larger trailer and vehicle parking can be found about a block way.
Pool can be heated anytime throughout the year for $135 per day.

Right next to Sand Hollow for boating and water activities. Very close to the Dunes and trails for OHV and Motor biking. And Mountain biking trails galore.
This property offers the unique opportunity to have a wonderful vacation home right in the heart of a recreation outdoor paradise. There are so many things to do so close! We have been traveling to Southern Utah for 26 years for family vacations and have loved every minute of it! When we designed and built this home it was with the idea that we can bring a lot of people together but still allow them to have their own space. It is the perfect way to create long lasting family & friend memories.
