"If you’re looking for a place your kids will have endless fun, this is the place! Kids loved the pool with the slide and cliff to jump off! They swam for hours! Then there was the pickleball court that not only the kids had a blast but the adults played for hours as well. Plenty of space for multiple families to sleep as well. I had such a great weekend stay here! The place was super clean, cozy, and really well taken care of. You can tell the host puts a lot of effort into keeping everything nice and comfortable. The location is a plus too. The neighborhood is quiet and zion is close by.The host was amazing. They were super friendly and always quick to reply if I had any questions or needed anything. I will definitely stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spot to get away.

Great House for Big Groups

We stay at this house every year with our large party and it is absolutely amazing. Philip is always great to communicate with and accommodating. The house has everything you need for your stay, the pool and hot tub are incredible. We will definitely continue staying here on our annual trip to Sand Hollow.

Amazing - Coming back every year!

I love this place. Pool. Pickleball. 4 Kings suites with their own private bathrooms. Arcade game. Kids and we can play for hours.

Perfect Family Vacation Home in Hurricane

We loved our stay! The home was perfect for our family. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were large gathering areas. The grandkids loved the pool. The adults loved hiking at Kanarra Falls and renting ATVs. It is located close the the Sand Hollow Reservoir.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

We had an amazing stay! Philip and his team were incredibly responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The pool was a big hit both during the day and at night thanks to the lights, and we had a blast playing pickleball. The house had plenty of space for both group activities and quiet time, which was perfect for our group. It was stocked with all the amenities we needed to live comfortably during our stay. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope to return!!

Excellent place for family vacation

We have done annual vacations with extended family every summer for 10 years, and this was in the top two. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, a bunk room that the kids adored, and easy access to Zion National Park. The private swimming pool was the star of the show for the kids. Lots of pool toys had been left by other renters; the configuration of the pool made it great for all ages; there were loads of good towels, and the waterfall slide was a huge hit. The stovetop was slow to heat and the fridge a bit awkward, but there were two additional refrigerators and we did a ton of grilling. Excellent microwave and oven, plenty of utensils and serving ware. If we come back to this area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Southern Utah Getaway!!

This property is AMAZING. Our group had 7 adults and two infants under 2. The home was exactly what we were looking for. Room for everyone. Beautifully arranged. Plenty of rooms, bed, and space. The pool is HUGE with a wonderful rock waterfall jump and slide feature. The hot tub is large as well. Beds were wonderful. Kitchen had all of the necessities for cooking, etc. Two fridges with freezers, one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. Plenty of parking. Amazing new pickleball court that was so much fun to use. The property manager was the best we have ever dealt with. Extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We have "hopped" from property to property in Southern Utah for the last 15 or so years. We've found our go-to home going forward.

Perfect for Family!

We had a great experience staying at Sand Hollow Springs! There was plenty of room for 22 of us. The kids loved the bunk room. If they weren’t swimming they were all hanging out together in there! The pool, hot tub, and slide were amazing! It was nice to have pools towels provided. The outdoor seating was nice for our large group. The space was incredible. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is always a request when I’m booking for our group. The 4 master bedrooms were beautiful. The beds and bedding were very comfortable! Overall: the house was clean, furnishings were nice, the outdoor space is well worth it (there is a fee to heat the pool and we were glad we paid it), the management is super easy to work with. We’ve been doing this for 8 years and this was our favorite place!

Family Reunion July 2022

Check-in was a piece of cake. All the information we needed was in the email from the property manager. The house was very clean. We were very happy with the location! We would definitely recommend this vacation rental! There were 27 of us so this house was perfect! We loved the large Family Room/Kitchen, bedrooms with bathrooms. The large swimming pool with slide and jumping deck were a great hit with the kids and adults acting like kids. The pool has a great set up with two large baja decks for the younger kids and an 8 foot deep end for jumping and diving. Best pool ever! The large hot tub was icing on the cake. A TV and Roku in every room with great WiFi coverage such that everyone had entertainment at their finger tips. The whole house was spotless and beautiful. We certainly recommend it and give it a 10 out of 10.

would not rent this property again

nice house with lots of room, pool cover was broken and 5 large trash cans were overflowing and stunk with know where to put our garbage. took four days to get trash picked up. because cover was broken had a windstorm that put tons of dirt in pool and the pool and hot tub system broke so no hot tub or pool for the last coupe days of trip. had the same problems the year before at this property. property owner offered a discount if we came back but that doesn't fix this trip. should've offered a small refund because of problems. once again I like the house but two years in a row with the same issues seem strange. wont be back to this property!

Fun Family Vacation!

We had 16 adults and 11 kids and this property was perfection! The basketball court was a huge hit and everyone had room and slept comfortably. We had a fun and memorable weekend. Pros: Location is excellent! All the amenities were fantastic! We have already rented this unit again for next year. Cons: The slide on the pool needs to be repaired immediately. Every kid was ecstatic for the waterslide but ended up with road rash and scrapes to the point that no one dared to go down it after the first day :( It would be lovely if the main kitchen table had a leaf or extension. With the amount of people this house holds the main dining table only fits 6. The kitchen was well stocked the only thing needed is more kitchen utensils (ex: tongs, serving spoons, etc.) We ended up buying and donating a few. Side note for the next renters: Make sure you bring water shoes to wear in the pool. You'll thank us! Everyone ended up with cut up feet due to the texture and coarseness of the pool floor. It really was a fantastic rental! The owner was very responsive and we had a great time!

Family Reunion

We had a group of about 28 staying at the home for four nights. The pool and hot tub were both a huge success for our group which varied in ages from 4-76. The various master bedrooms were also well appointed and convenient for the adult couples staying in the home. Another reviewer mentioned having problems with the A/C but it worked perfectly throughout our stay. A few things to note. The TVs are difficult to figure out (if you ever do). For a group our size, the kitchen is on the small side and there is very little indoor seating options for mealtimes. Most of the time, we ate in shifts or the kids ate outside. During dinner, however, the back porch is in full sun. There is also no booklet or folder of information to help you understand the area or the home. There are a few papers thumbtacked to the wall with limited information. A booklet would be very helpful. For instance, there is a lovely playground and splash pad just down the street from the home. We found the park by happenstance but a booklet with information such as this would be nice. Owner said cleaning crew may have misplaced the booklet, but upon reading other reviews this is not a new oversight. Hopefully, owner will correct the situation soon. Overall, we had a successful family reunion and we are glad we had this rental.

Family vacation

Everyone loved the pool and many enjoyed the pickleball court!Very close the sand hollow so it was very convenient.Lg. Bedrooms with a bathroom for each as we had mostly adults. Would definitely book again!

Great Stay

We had a great stay (5th time in this house) and the house was great as usual. The pool was not up to its normal standards as far as cleanliness is concerned and we had to spend a long time tidying it up.

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was prefect. Plenty of space for all 18 of Us. Great location especially for those who play golf. Several really good courses within 15 minutes. The Gr. Kids loved the pool and hot tube. The property manager was great to keep in contact with me. We had no issues. Plenty of parking for all 5 cars we had. My Gr.Kids want to come back in the summer and stay there again. There is a new water park being built down the road.

When we designed and built this home it was with the idea that we can bring a lot of people together but still allow them to have their own space.
