POOL HEATING INFORMATION

The pool is open year-round, but heating is not included in the nightly rate.

Pool Heating Fee: $125/day (upon request)

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you would like the pool heated.

Heated pool is set to 85°F, with minor fluctuations depending on outdoor conditions.

Slide and waterfall features are turned off during the winter months (November–February) to prevent pipe freezing.


HOUSE RULES

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property ($1,000 fine)

No pets, including emotional support animals ($1,000 fine)

Shoes off inside the home

No sitting on furniture with wet clothes or towels

Pool/Outdoor Quiet Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM

Keep outdoor speaker volume at a neighbor-friendly level


POOL RULES

Before opening the pool cover, remove and set aside the cover pump (keep it connected)

IMPORTANT: Always open the pool cover before turning on the waterfall or slide to avoid flooding the cover (this can result in significant repair fees)

Replace the cover pump when the pool cover is closed

Keep the cover closed when the pool is not in use

After rain, let the cover pump clear water before opening

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times

No glass in the pool area

No diving

Amazing property! Excellent layout that allows space to gather, but also enough common areas for people to spread out. Heating the pool was completely worth it- kiddos spent hours in it! Kitchen was the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. Lots of seasonings and other things that made it feel like home. Home is even nicer than the photos. Very convenient to parks. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

It was laid out well. The kitchen was very well stocked to cook for our large group. Good variety of cooking tools. Very close to Walmart. Fun pool, very nice. Make sure to ask for it to be heated if you go in the fall or winter, we did and the temperature was nice. Well planned bedrooms and good distance from kids. Great area. 5 Star. Nice TVs. Something for everyone.

I rent a lot of homes for my family and this is the one of most thought out rental house I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not only fun with the games and toys and pool and and and…but also very functional and practical. We’ve stayed here for a family reunion 2 years in a row and my son already asked if we could go back again. I’m betting we will be.

Golf trip

Excellent location just minutes from the best courses St. George has to offer. The house is made for trips with your friends and family and I would recommended it to anyone looking to have a good time in a great location.

3 generation family gathering

The bedrooms worked well for 3 couples, 1 single adult and 7 children, 6-16 years old. Loved the pool. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted with equipment for all of our meals. Location was convenient for water play, hiking and cycling. Plenty activities for children when they weren’t in the pool.Thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Sakura’s in St. George and Little Mermaid at Tuacahn one evening.

Great house and location.

It was a very nice house and property. The pool wasn’t working when we got there but as soon as the host was notified the pool people worked on it until it was fixed. Host was great to work with. Would rent again.

1st Annual Family Reunion

We had a fantastic time staying at the Color House! You know it's a good vacation when everyone says.... "I wish we could live at that house forever!" It had everything we needed and accommodated a large number of people. We didn't even need to leave the property to have a blast!

Best Vacation Ever!

In the words of my 5 yo grandson, “This was the best vacation ever!”. The whole family loved staying at this house. We had an age range from one to 82.We had plans to visit the surrounding parks and other attractions, but ended up just staying at the house because there was so much to do there. The soda bar was a big hit and everyone enjoyed following the recipe book to make a new drinks. The pool was perfect and even the littles had a great time splashing around in the shallow end and even getting brave enough to conquer the slide. When the kids weren’t swimming they were having a blast in the game rooms.We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for big groups

We had a wonderful experience staying at The Color House with family and friends. We intended to be biking most of the time during our stay... but thanks to a heat wave, we decided to spend the majority of our trip enjoying the pool. Not a bad plan b!!!!

Color house!!!!

We stayed at the color house over the weekend and let me tell you that place is amazing. Great location, close to golf courses and the lakes! Swimming pool and hot tub were so much fun. Our kids did not want to get out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in St. George area!!!

This house was amazing!!!!! I mean super amazing!!!! It had everything you needed. There were three washing machines and dryers, two stoves, two dishwashers and so much more. Everyone had so much fun!!!! Everything was comfy and clean. The kids loved the slide and basketball hoop in the pool area!!! There’s a taco truck five minutes away walking and coffee so close too. Everything thing was labeled in the kitchen which was very helpful. Tons of pool towels which was very helpful with our big group. And the couch was huge and so comfy. And we loved all the throw blankets. We rent alot of houses for our big family but this one was our favorite!!!!

Great house close to Sand Hollow State Park

We stayed at the Color House for 5 nights with 6 adults, 8 kids and 2 babies. Everyone had their own space and privacy. Never had any issues, everything worked well, never waited for a washer/dryer since there are 3! The pool was awesome and everyone had a great time. Would highly recommend to any large group of families.

The perfect place to ring in 2024!

Everything about this house was perfect! Super clean, well stocked and enough space for 6 families. Tucked away in a charming neighborhood, the house has incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Between the pool, hot tub and two game rooms there was so much fun to be had for adults and the kids. The owners were very easy to work with and the entire process was easy. Highly recommend this property!

A Great Place to Stay

This house is extremely organized with drawers and cupboards labeled making it easy to find everything. The kitchen had a great deal of items with a lot of kids dishes, etc. Two dishwashers, fridges, garbage drawers, good pantry and great appliances. We appreciated the pool and other amenities (plenty of beach towels), games, arcade, plenty of rooms with comfortable beds. Quick response from management. Layout is very nice and everything was very clean and inviting. Only problem we see is parking in the future when the empty lots next door get built. We had just over 20 in our group and were very comfortable with the space. Highly recommended for family fun.

Staycation getaway

We chose this location as a “staycation” to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It had accommodations for our large family and everything we needed! Check in and out process was simple. All the questions we had could be answered in their information book, as well as communication with the owners was always quick! The kids swam all day and enjoyed all of the fun games and PlayStation for the teen kids! Neighborhood was quiet but we didn’t leave the house all weekend, we had everything we needed and more. Such a fun house with a good vibe. Already planning our next visit to the color house!

Amazing House

I rent homes 4-5 times a year all across the US and Mexico. This is by far the most put together home I’ve ever stayed at. Every room is stocked. Everything is labeled. QR codes in every room. Everything you could ever need was thought through. We had a big group, never had to leave the house, and never felt bored or cramped. I’ve already recommended it to multiple friends looking for houses for a reunion.

Awesome for family gathering

All of us (28) enjoyed our stay at the Color House. It was so well equipped and everything had been really well thought of from hooks everywhere, more than enough dishes, cooking utensils and other accessories for cooking. The pool was a much needed thing for us as it was so hot in July. We spent a lot a time at the house since the kids and adults were satisfied with the overall arrangement. Thank you for thinking about little details from the laundry baskets in each room, enough tissues, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish and clothes detergent and the list goes on...really the best house we've rented so far!!! The communication was a little difficult but it might have been due to the vrbo app. But each time we got through, the owners were really courteous!

Color House Slayed

This house was perfect for our huge group of 18. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was a lot of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space to watch TV, read a book, play video games. The kitchen has everything you could need-rice cookers, panini press, 2 fridges in the kitchen, 1 in the garage, an ice maker. The kitchen great room is an awesome set up. Lots of seating, a big screen TV, nice bar, 2 sinks. It is well stocked with utensils, pans and everything for cooking. A nice huge grill. The pool area is amazing. Lots of seating, a slide, pool basketball, putting green, nice big table to play games on. We did an obstacle course and had a great time. This house was fantastic for our family get together. We went mtn biking almost everyday and hiked the narrows one day. We will definitely come back again!!

Color House is made for gatherings—family vacations, friend getaways, golf trips, and memory-making weekends. The home is filled with natural light, playful design details, and plenty of room to spread out or come together, whether that’s around the pool, at the dining table, or winding down after a full day of adventure.

When we’re not hosting, you’ll usually find us hiking red rock trails, paddleboarding at Sand Hollow Reservoir, exploring Zion National Park, or laughing with our families over good food and icy drinks by the pool. Everything we love about southern Utah—the scenery, the sunshine, the relaxed pace—inspired how this home came together.
