"Good Times Galore" invites you to stay, play, and have the most EPIC vacation ever! Featuring 2 side-by-side Arcadia villas, you'll find accommodations for up to 52 people (yes, we said FIFTY-TWO!). Hosting a large family reunion, retreat, or corporate event has never been easier. These homes include a total of 10 comfortably furnished bedrooms with en suite bathrooms - 8 king/queen suites and 2 bunk bedroom suites (see full breakdown below). Not to mention the spacious living spaces, large kitchens stocked with utensils and appliances, and access to one-of-a-kind resort amenities. Enjoy plenty of private space while being just 1 minute away from the resort pool, waterslide, lazy river, and clubhouse.

Reunion Retreat

So many oohs and aahhs walking through the houses and once we settled in it felt like home. We had everything we needed to make the stay pleasant, and what we didn’t have we got at the store that was conveniently close by. The property was great with fun pools and peaceful evenings. Enjoyed the stay. Would love to go back soon.

Great Location and Great Accommodations

The property was able to fit 45 of us comfortably! The club house was great also even tho it was off season. Harmon grocery store was down the street (nice stroll to get there). I'd recommend this to a large size gathering like family reunion or church retreat. Thank you Arcadia 62/63!

Condos are in a vacation community with central pool etc. Online listing VERY accurate. Upstairs living rooms were an added bonus. Cool video games/pool table were surprise additions. Very clean, nice and new.

A perfect spot for large groups!

We were a large group of siblings & families traveling from all over the country to celebrate my mother in laws 75th birthday. The space was gorgeous, well appointed with high quality furniture & kitchen supplies. Each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom was amazing. Plenty of space to gather but also plenty of space for those who needed downtime. The extra fridge in each garage was also very helpful. The resort/pool area was gorgeous and well maintained. The kids spent most the days in the heated lazy river and hot tubs (February) There were so many hikes and outdoor opportunities near the resort there was something for everyone. We will definitely stay again.
