In addition to all of the nearby attractions 10-30 minutes away! (Zions National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, St. George) this home gives your group plenty to do with its private pool, pickleball court, soccer field, trampoline and amazing interior.The interior of the home offers a massive kitchen and living room area with plenty of seating and space for large families.

Primary Room has a bathroom comparable only to an upscale penthouse with king size bed and upgraded bedding! Front bedroom with another king bed & personal desk. Then the 2 kids haven bunk rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. Kid room #1 = 2 Full size bunks (4beds/sleeps upto 8). Kid room #2 = 1 Full size bunk (2beds/sleeps up to 4). Easily sleeping 10-12 in the 4 bedrooms.

The BACKYARD of the home is where this rental really stands out with its large POOL with automatic safety cover (colder months: optional pool heated at $85/day) complete with a shallow end for small children. HOT TUB comes heated year round. A regulation size PICKLEBALL COURT, fenced TURF FIELD for whatever activity you desire, TRAMPOLINE and a pool house w/ PINGPONG TABLE to keep cool while still being involved with others outside.

Still finding yourself bored at our mini sports complex? No problem, you're about 5 minutes away from golfing at Sand Hollow Resort, Sky Mountain, and Coral Canyon.

Golf not your thing? Quail Creek Reservoir and Sand Hollow Reservoir are extremely close and allows boating, kayaking, grilling on the beach, etc. All around you are trails for off-roading and Sand Hollow even has sand dunes to drive around in. NEW 2024 Jellysone Zion Water Park

St. George, Zions National Park, and Tuacahn are all within 20-40 minutes.

Our home is best for typically families or friends. We DO NOT allow parties of any kind and smoking is prohibited. If you want to rent our home for your bachelor/bachelorette party, graduation, wedding reception, or anything similar, OUR home is NOT for you per our City License Permit.

3 Exterior Blink (black square) Cameras were installed (driveway, front door and Pool) because we had many times where pool cover was damaged. New cover was installed summer 2022. Pictures show view of cameras. The other white cameras are old broken and inoperable.

Fun amenities in convenient location

The heated pool and pickle ball court made for a great Spring Break stay for our adult kids. Pool towels and a well stocked kitchen and pantry were nice rental perks. Quick access to gorgeous golf courses and Zion NP made the location swell.

Great home for groups

We had 2 small families stay and they all loved it!!! House is great set up and layout and has everything you need and want!!! We will probably make this an annual tradition. Everyone agreed they want to come back!

Great property with lots of outdoor options on site. Pool was great, pickleball was fun to have. Neighbors are a little close (dog barked a lot) but overall really nice.

An amazing family getaway

We enjoyed everything about this VRBO. The pool was incredible, loved the shallow end for the baby. The pool house was great. All the bed were very comfortable

Awesome vacation rental in Hurricane

We had a wonderful escape to this beautiful home in Hurricane. The backyard is really the highlight of this home, although the inside is lovely as well. Great location!

Family Fun for Days

The backyard is the real selling point. Spring break in St. George is a zoo, but we had our own private oasis away from the crowds. We loved the pickleball courts and private pool. The hot tub could use an upgrade but other than that, the property is in great shape and can accommodate a crowd. We will for sure be booking again.

Wonderful house with a great backyard to have fun in. Pool was fantastic, pickleball court was a blast, trampoline plus great evening sunsets. Owner reply to questions very quick. A pleasure to stay there.

This is a great property for families. We had two families staying together and there was plenty of room. The outside space is wonderful. The kids spent hours in the pool and on the pickle ball court. We recommend this home for families.

This is a great home if you have a large crowd. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and the setting was perfect. We had plenty of space of six adults and six children. Quiet neighborhood; close to outdoor activities and shopping. The property manager was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would stay here again.

A true vacation mecca!

We felt like we didn't want to leave the home because there was so much to do. Pickle ball in the backyard, a hot tub, a roomy pool, and so much more. We didn't spend much time inside because the yard was so fun, but the inside was perfect for entertaining as well. Very roomy and modern, and the master bath shower was amazing!

Another wonderful stay!

Second time staying at this fun property. Even when it was over 110 degrees the house was always cool and the pool was oh so refreshing! This modern home is spacious with a large open common area allowing meaningful time together. The large kitchen was fun having all the adults able to work together with more than enough room for everyone. It was wonderful having the garage to keep our cars in and plenty of bedrooms and comfy beds. These are just some of the reasons we choose to come for another stay.

Perfect Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the backyard—the pool, pickle ball court, trampoline, soccer field, and the outdoor dining. The backyard was the most perfect spot to view the sunset each night. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the master bathroom was an oasis! The neighborhood was great for walks and bike rides down the sidewalk. The neighborhood was easily accessible to I-15, Quail Creek, and Sand Hollow. I hope we get to come back soon!

Kids paradise, Ironman 70.3

We stayed at this home during Ironman 70.3 Utah with another family. The home was so close to the swim start, I listened to the national anthem from the back patio with my coffee. It was great! The pool, pickleball and turf court kept the kids occupied all day (ages 6-11). Very close to Zion for a day trip, and great neighborhood. Comfortable beds for everyone and a super functional kitchen for two large families. We vacation often and this is one we would stay at again certainly.

Perfect vacation getaway!

This house has everything you need! We literally left only for food. The kids had a ball in the pool and spent hours in it. Adults and kids loved the pickle ball! And plenty of room for us all to chill when we needed a little break. We had a small issue with the AC and it was taken care of immediately! We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely return! Absolutely amazing!!!

Loved our stay

This was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. Everything we needed. We chose it for the pool and pickleball court. Played everyday. My grandkids loved everything and spent most of their time in the backyard. Hot tub was wonderful as was the pool. Nice playroom off the pool area if the days were cool. Size of the house is HUGE. Can very easily handle a large group. Master bathroom was exceptional. Easy check in and quick response for anything we needed. Walmart was only a couple miles away. Scenery around Hurricane is spectacular. Thanks for letting us share your wonderful place, we will be back.

Wonderful Long Weekend

This house was truly fabulous and perfect for our family for a long weekend. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we could have wanted. We rarely left the property because there was so much to do right at the home. It was extremely well stocked for families with children's plates and cups in addition to adult options. And the bedding was AMAZINGLY comfortable. We took pictures of the pillows tags so we could order some ourselves, and the beds themselves were like sleeping on clouds. Usually you can't wait to get home and sleep in your own bed, but now that I'm home, I wish I was still sleeping in the wonderful bed in this house! We had a couple of questions for the owner who always got back to us immediately. Check in was seamless and simple. We can't wait to come back to this wonderful property. Will rent again for sure.

Not what we expected

We recently stayed at this property and it was not as nice as we had expected. The photos of the house are pristine and unfortunately the house does not look that way in person. This house has clearly been used often as a rental and could use some serious cleaning and repairs. The house felt dirty and banged up and not what we were looking for with how much we spent. The location is also a bit farther out from St. George and at least a 10-15 minute drive to town. The pool was nice but the pool cover is trashed and the pool house was filthy. Unfortunately, we will not stay here again.

Having twin toddlers we did not want to stress about hauling all the gear to a busy public pool or 'working' activities around nap schedules. This Hurricane home has allowed the entire family to relax & play with all the entertainment right in the backyard!

Why they chose this property

This home is right in the middle of everything you want to do in St. George!

Located just minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir you can enjoy the boating, UTV trails, and golf courses.

Zions National Park is only 20-30 minutes away. There are many hikes and outdoor activities for all to enjoy.

Downtown St. George is a short drive for shopping, activities, and many dining options.

Or, if you just want to relax and stay home, there is plenty to do with the private backyard pool, hot tub, pickleball court, and soccer field. The home also has 2 large TV's with satellite, AppleTV, and Blu-ray player.

What makes this property unique

There are no other properties quite like this one. With it's own private pool, pickleball court, artificial turf football/soccer field, and separate pool house. The home has an oversized island that can seat 8 plus a large custom built kitchen table with 8 additional chairs. The kitchen has a large gourmet fridge.
