Saint George theme multi-color painted and furnished home. Three car garage and extra outdoor on property parking for boat or RV. Newly landscaped front and back yard. Heated pool to about 85 degrees, hot tub, and on property splash pad. Splash Pad has been recently resurfaced and looks fantastic!

Master bedroom/bath is over sized room with king bed, vaulted ceiling, 52 inch HD flat screen TV, 2 headed walk-in shower, jetted tub, 2 sinks/mirrors.

Guest room has king bed, large pop out area(perfect for travel crib), vaulted ceiling, full bathroom with a shower and smaller walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Fifth bedroom with queen sofa sleeper and 50' TV for movies and gaming systems. All bedrooms have very comfortable new mattresses(even the lazy boy sofa sleeper) and ceiling fans.

Full Kitchen with new fridge, granite counter tops, large separate dining area seats 8, 5 bar seats, granite counter tops with center bar, 2 sinks, and two ovens, one convectional the other gas.

Living room doubles as a newly installed surround sound theater room. 60 in HD flat screen TV. Over sized conversation couch and 2 recliners.

We do everything possible to make our home covid free before your arrival by following all guidelines. But due to this current pandemic and it's highly contagious nature we can not guarantee that your stay will not be without risk. Since all travel has some risk we cannot be held responsible for any possible exposure to the covid virus.

Lovely home with all the comforts. We had 10 adults and 3 small children. The sleeping mats for the kids worked great! The owners were fantastic to work with. We were able to get in last minute because of a problem with another VRBO booking we had. The owners responded quickly, were very gracious and made sure we were taken care of. Our family loved the pool and splash pad. We would love to stay again.

Wonderful stay in St George

We loved this house, it's large and comfortable. The pool and spa were lovely. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood but close enough to the restaurants and downtown St George.

Wonderful home/pool for the Family

Our family had a great time at this property. The pool and splash pad were a great way to cool off. Paul was very helpful and responsive during our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with great views and in a great location.

Great house for family vacation

Spacious house with large pool and hot tub. Pool is heated sufficiently for use during winter months. House is well stocked with 85” flat screen in Family room. Clean and comfortable…..recommend without hesitation.

Great Stay

The house was roomy and clean. The owner (Paul) was very responsive with communicating via text and phone call. The only complaint we had was that the pool gets too hot to get into during hot summer days so we had to uncover the pool and run the pool features overnight and wait for the pool to cool down enough for us to get in the next day. Overall we had a great stay.

Overall satisfactory,. clean other than needs a a lot of dusting, hot tub gave a rash to the legs, so something is wrong in the water........needs attention. Also unable to use pool as they share water. Host offered to send pool company two days after the incident.

Excellent family get away!

Everything was as advertised. My wife and I had a wonderful time as did our family who arrived half way through my birthday stay. The house, pool, slide, lights, hot tub, misters and splash pad all worked well and were very fun! A couple quick calls to very responsive hosts corrected any clarifications on their written instructions and small fixes. Simple as resetting a GFI outlet by pushing a button. All TV-Streaming entertainment worked very well if you follow the detailed instructions. Golf at the nearby Green Spring course was also a great. Beautiful course. Walking and running trails for daily exercise. Close to any type of fast food, movies and shopping. We will be back!

Awesome stay

We had a great week in this home. We tried to leave winter behind and enjoy some sun and pool time. Unfortunately the endless Utah winter continued, but this house did not disappoint. They had the pool heated to 85 and we were able to play every day even though it was only between 42 and 60 degrees the whole week. And the hot tub was lovely for warming up and watching the tougher family members still playing in the pool : ). The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood with walking trails close by. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Maybe bring some extra pool towels if you are coming with more than a few people (they said this in the instructions and I missed it, but we were fine with what they had available). Check in and out was super easy and they were very fast to respond the one time I had a question. We definitely want to come back again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

Such a wonderful stay for our entire family. Pool and Hot Tub was such an extremely awesome addition. We didn’t use the splash pad because it was freezing cold water.

Great place and location

We had a wonderful time at Paul’s home and had everything we needed. We did have a few hiccups like the house not being clean when we arrived and had issues with the pool and spa not working when we arrived. We contacted Paul and he had the cleaners there within a few minutes but had to wait for the house to be cleaned. We also noticed one of the beds didn’t have sheets on it and had to dig around the find some that would fit. We had multiple calls and texts to the pool guy to get the pool to heat. But, all in all we had a great time. Paul was very responsive.

“Perfect Retreat for a Group – Spacious, Private, and Ideal for Entertaining!”

Four of us middle-aged guys came to St. George for our annual golf trip, and this house was spot on for what we needed. It was super clean, had plenty of space, and felt like home right away. After our rounds, we’d kick back in the pool and hot tub, then hang out in the kitchen and entertainment area—it became our go-to spot for relaxing. The layout gave each of us plenty of privacy, which we really appreciated, but the house could easily handle bigger groups or families, thanks to how the rooms are spread out and the fun outdoor features like the pool and sprinklers. We’re not a big crew, just four guys who like a bit of space, and it worked out perfectly for us. Communication with the owner was straightforward, and they made sure everything was clear and taken care of. We loved St. George so much we’re already planning a return trip—and this house will be at the top of our list!

Great choice for a vacation rental

This is a great place to stay at for a quick getaway! Half of our group arrived at 4pm which was our check in time. When our family first arrived housekeeping was still cleaning at 4pm. They finished cleaning the home around 4:30. This was the only hiccup we experienced during our visit. When we were finally able to go in the home we were astonished by the size of the rooms and all the amenities of the home. The majority of our stay we spent inside the pool. The splash pad was a neat addition but surprisingly our kids did not use it as much as I thought they would. One our second day we used the mister system to stay cool in the morning while laying out by the pool. At night we heated the jacuzzi. The host had board games by the tv console in the living room unfortunately we did not see them until our last day. The dinning area was large and accommodated our family nicely. The kitchen had everything practical that you may need for your stay. There were plenty of towels and blankets for our large group. We had an amazing time! The added bonus was that the home was about an hour away from Zion national park. Highly recommend staying here!

Dream facility vacation

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Close to Zion, Costco, restaurants, and access to St George. The property has awesome hosts who communicate quickly via email or phone. The home is well laid out with 5 bedrooms, baths, dining room. The kitchen is stocked with cooking & eating utensils.The kitchen and pantry are easy to find things as they have labels where items go.It was very clean & stocked with supplies. We loved private , slide, splash pad, hot tub , patios and always available!! Would love to go back & highly recommend!
