My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here while on a vacation to visit Zion national park. The house is beautiful and the view of the mountains is gorgeous. Google will try to drop you off out front, make sure to make your way around back for the entrance.
We had our two adult children and their girlfriends. place was large enough to hand us all. Kitchen was great. Very close to Sand Hallow Golf and State Park, plus a water park too.
This is a large property with lots of space and bathrooms for each bedroom. The house needs a bit of work as it is showing some signs of wear and tear. Overall it was a good place to stay. It also has a nice community pool and rec center.

Great house for our family Zion vacation . Pool looked dirty even though everyone says it was cleaned . Probably needs to be repainted sorry still looked dirty . Community pool was a plus the kiddies enjoyed that as it was very kid friendly . House was well equipped except no wine bottle opener . Had to go out and buy one .

Hurricane Stay
Great home for family stay. 5 couples with separate bedrooms and bath. Great gathering area. Needed better cleaning.
This house was a great stay. We had everything we needed. The weather didn’t cooperate as we wanted but after sending a text to the property manager, they sent over a pool tech to up the temp so the kids could swim comfortably for the week. There was a small price but well worth it! We were all excited with our stay!

Hello Cynthi, thank you again for staying with us! So great to hear you had a great stay. We would love to welcome you back anytime!
The house was perfect! It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with dishes/ utensil's for cooking. The check in/check out process was easy. I had a couple questions prior to our stay, the host responded within minutes.
Would highly recommend!
Kids had a great time hanging out in the pool. Comfortable house. The property manager was very helpful when we had a little bit of a problem checking in.
Very nice accommodations. Pool was not maintained. Great kitchen. Weight and exercise room was a joke. Hot tub didn’t work. Please fix the faucets in the kitchen
The property was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked. The back yard was beautiful but did have a bit of traffic noise. The kids had a great time in the pool and it was really nice having a private pool. The pool is on the small side but was perfect for our kids, ages 10 and 6. The pool is uncovered and so a lot of petals and pollen were falling in requiring a lot of skimming. But the pool was well maintained and a pool cleaner came several times during our stay.
This property was large and clean. We had ample space for our family of 5, including 4 separate showers which was a huge time saver. Kids loved the pool, however they were disappointed that we were unable to use the waterfall feature. The biggest downside was the fact that the doors did not all lock properly. I hope this is corrected for the next tenants. This location was far enough away to enjoy nature but still close enough to shops and restaurants. We were also able to visit multiple National and State Parks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your detailed review! We're glad to hear that you found the property spacious and clean, and that the multiple showers were a time saver for your family. We're also pleased that the kids enjoyed the pool, though we're sorry to hear about the waterfall feature and the door locks. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll ensure these issues are addressed promptly. It's great to know you appreciated the balance of nature and convenience, and that you had the opportunity to visit nearby parks. We hope to host you again for an even better experience!
The house is beautiful and spacious and the backyard is gorgeoius. The house is on the corner of a main road so it was loud during the day. Check in was difficult because the keypad to enter the house is on the garage door which is located in the back of the house and we did not know that until we arrived and messaged the host. When you put in the address to the house it takes you to the front of the house and not the backside where the driveway and garage door is located. the pool does not have a cover so it looked really dirty but they sent someone out the next morning to clean it. The remote controls for the TV in the living room are secured to the entertainment stand (so they don't get lost or misplaced) but that meant everytime you wanted to turn the volume up or change the channel you had to get up from the couch, which isn't the end of the world but after a day of hiking in Zion we were tired and sore! The waterfall feature on the pool was not working, it would help to drown out the road noise. Overall, we loved it!!
My family and I stayed here for 5 days, we are a good bunch which consist of 10 people so what we loved is everyone had their own room and most importantly everyone had a designated bathroom so we never worried about someone else occupying the bathroom when someone else needed it. The rooms are nicely furnished and spacious and remain nice and cool during the heat which is very important with the Utah heat. We really enjoyed our time and there is so much to do around, we always had an activity to do each day. There are a few things that went wrong. When we first arrived there was an incident that was not caught by the cleaning crew but luckily communication with the property manager was so quick, they we able to come clean it up within 10 minutes of informing them. The grill was not very clean, we had to clean it very well before use and of course we cleaned it after use. Also the little mini fridge outside by the grill was not working which was a bit of a bummer. Since it does get windy, the pool tends to get a bit dirty on the bottom so when we arrived it was dirty. Just a disclaimer, some of the doors are very hard to lock after opening them so it’s best to try to not open many doors. There’s instructions on how to close them but you still struggle for a good amount of time. Overall we did like the house, the communication great and they always got back in a quick manner and what we loved most was how spacious the house was. Everyone always had a room to go to.
I would not recommend you book this property. There was an extremely foul smell as soon as we walked in. We opened the windows and tried to air the property out, but the smell persisted. We contacted the property manager and they said they couldn’t send someone out to check on the issue until the next day. We were in town for a family reunion but could not have anyone over to the house because the smell was so bad. We finally called the fire department because we were worried it was a gas leak. They inspected the property and said it was likely a sewer issue. We slept with the windows open and did our best the first night. We waited all morning the following day and nobody showed from the property manager. That was after we told them the smell was so bad that we had to call the fire department. We finally located the source of the smell — it was coming from a drain in the garage next to the furnace and the furnace was pulling in the smell and circulating throughout the house. We washed and cleaned the drain out on our own and over time that resolved the issue. I contacted the property manager and they claimed someone stopped by that afternoon conveniently while we were out. I asked for a refund of the first night given our experience and they only offered to give us 25, which they have not sent. They advertise the place sleeps 16 but that is not accurate. There are twin bunk beds and a twin pull out bed but to get to 16 you’d have to have two people on each of those beds.

Hello Kevin, thank you for taking the time to share your experience regarding your recent stay at our property. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor during your visit. Please be assured that we take matters like these very seriously. We did have a maintenance guy stop by the next day, but unfortunately, there was miscommunication. We have addressed this internally to ensure more timely and efficient communication in future situations.
Regarding your request for a refund, we did send a credit, but it does take 2-5 days to process depending on your bank. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced. We genuinely value your input and hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.
Can't say enough great things about the house, the location to Zion, and the area! Would definitely book here again.
