With the open floor plan throughout, Casa at Ladera Resort features two spacious living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the large dining table with extra dining on the back patio. Gather friends and family around in the main level living area where you can enjoy watching a great movie or game. You will also enjoy on the main level the King Master Suite as well as an additional queen en-suite.

The back patio features outdoor seating, BBQ, fire pit, and private hot tub. The backyard is a fenced-in private yard. The second floor features the second living room with comfy couches and a SMART TV. There are 3 additional bedrooms two of which are master suites. Bedroom 3 features a queen and flat-screen tv. Bedroom 4 is a king en-suite and bedroom 5 features a King which is also a master suite. Each bedroom has a flat-screen SMART TV.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George is only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

Family time

9 adults, 5 bedrooms and each had their own bathroom which was a plus. Lovely home close to Zion and well equipped. We brought games and glad we did as they did not provide any.

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was perfect for our family of 5 couples. We loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Also liked having a garage for 3 cars and bikes. House was very clean. No issues. Close to everything. Would stay again.
