This charming and typical fisherman's house is located 150 meters from the beach with its famous cliffs and close to all shops. Completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts (microwave, oven, induction hob, TV, DVD Blu-ray, wifi, washing machine washing washer, dishwasher ....), this place will be perfect for a week -end, holidays with family or friends. It consists of a living room with sofa and equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom on the 1st floor, a 2nd bedroom with 2 double beds on the 2nd floor.
Bath linen is not included in the service.
Bed linen is an optional extra for the stay.
The beds are 160x200cm and the duvets 240x260cm
You will be greeted by Anne-Laure and Claude who will entrust you with the keys of this cozy little nest.

Absolut keine Empfehlung 


Wir waren von dem Ferienhaus sehr enttĂ€uscht. Es war ĂŒberall Schmutz, Staub und Dreck. Wir mussten den KĂŒhlschrank und GeschirrspĂŒler sĂ€ubern. Der MĂŒlleimer war verdreckt, auf den SchonbezĂŒgen der Matratzen waren fremde Haare zu finden, der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht, da er vollkommen verstopft war, verschieden Sockelleisten waren locker bzw. Ganz lose, die Steckdose im Obergeschoss nicht befestigt und auch der Abfluss der Dusche war verdreckt. Diesen haben wir selber noch gereinigt, damit das Wasser wieder abfließen kann und was wir dabei zu Tage gefördert haben möchte ich hier nicht schreiben. Es war eklig!!! Lediglich die Lage hat uns ĂŒberzeugt, da alles fußlĂ€ufig (Centrum, Einkaufen, Restaurants, Strand) erreichbar war.

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ© et agrĂ©able Toutefois problĂšme de stationnement Impossible de joindre le propriĂ©taire pour avoir quelques renseignements (par exemple pas de linge de toilette dans le logement) Quelques fiches explicatives pour utilisation du matĂ©riel seraient utile ( plaque Ă©lectrique,hotte, chauffage salle de bain etc
) De plus t’élisent en panne pendant notre sĂ©jour

TrÚs bien situé, mais pas propre

Le logement est vraiment proche du site des falaises... Bien pour un week-end, en revanche le ménage n'est vraiment pas fait, sol collant, non aspiré, poussiÚre, nous avons passé 1 h à nettoyer ...eau serpillé trÚs sale.... C'est vraiment dommage de commencer notre séjour dans ces conditions... on a pris nos propres draps !

Superbe maison trÚs cosy , bien équipée , trÚs bonne literie. Mais il y a un mais , le Wi-Fi ne fonctionner pas quand j'y étais et alors la catastrophe pour trouver une place de parking. Mais bon , j'ai passé un trÚs trÚs bon moment dans votre maison . Merci

appartement propre dans l'ensemble

Proximité du centre ville et mer super. mais manque d'indication sur poubelles disponible ou matériel à disposition comme par exemple micro-onde. Aucune personne n'est venue nous accueillir! Nettoyage 40euro c'est bien mais aussi regarder le lave vaisselle...

Petit logement trÚs bien aménagé pour passer quelques jours à Etretat.

TrÚs bien agencé, parfait pour 2 adultes et 4 enfants. Salon/salle à manger trÚs petits donc pas idéal quand il pleut toute la semaine et qu'il faut rester à l'intérieur. Le sol du rez de chaussée était trÚs sale en arrivant. Tout le reste était nickel !

Séjour trÚs agréable à Etretat. Location trÚs trÚs bien située car trÚs trÚs proche du centre ( 100 m ) . Il ne manque rien à cette petite maison . Literie de trÚs bonne qualité. Le seul bémol est l'humidité dans le logement mais le propriétaire n'y est pour rien . Je recommande vivement

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral. Top. 5 Sterne Nach 17 Uhr ist Unterkunft mit dem Auto erreichbar. Davor ist die Straße gesperrt. ParkplĂ€tze sind in der nĂ€heren Umgebung zu finden.

Confortable et super bien situé

Petite maison confortable avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Superbe situation, au cƓur d'Etretat. Le seul point "nĂ©gatif" est qu'il n'y a pas de parking privĂ©. Il y a la possibilitĂ© de se garer Ă  environ 1,6 km en dehors d'Etretat sur un parking public.

"Silvester-Kurztrip" 29.12.2021 - 02.01.2022

Das HĂ€uschen war fĂŒr die Personenzahl und die Dauer des Aufenthaltes bestens ausgestattet. Ausstattung/Lage/Sauberkeit haben gepasst. Bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe hatte es ein bisschen geklemmt der Code fĂŒr den SchlĂŒsselkasten wurde nicht ĂŒbermittelt. Außerdem war nicht klar welcher Hausabschnitt unter der angegeben Adresse der richtige war Ein Foto der Frontansicht wĂ€re hilfreich gewesen. Letztendlich kam der sehr freundliche Vermieter und ĂŒbergab uns den SchlĂŒssel. Was aber dem ganzen Flair und der GemĂŒtlichkeit des HĂ€uschens komplett entgegen wirkte war der alltĂ€gliche Kampf um den Parkplatz in Etretat. Es wĂ€re schön gewesen wenn es bei Kostenpflichtigen ParkplĂ€tzen in Etretat (10 Euro von 09:00 - 19:00!!!) wenigstens ein Kontingent fĂŒr Ferienhaus/Wohnungs-Mieter in der NĂ€he gegeben hĂ€tte, zum Teil musste man in den entlegensten Winkeln mehr als 45 min nach einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz suchen! Ein Beladen am Abreisetag vor dem Haus war nicht möglich...so musste man das ganze GepĂ€ck mehre Hundert Meter durch den Ort getragen werden...Abgesehen von der MEGA-nervigen Parkplatzsucherei aber ein doch gelungener Kurztrip in die Normandie!

Cette petite rue sans issue peu déroutée un peu au départ, mais on oublie trÚs vite car l'appartement est chaleureux... et resto , petite épicerie, et tout commerce à deux pas , un seul bémol...les parkings payant.

Idéalement située

Maison en impasse qui nous a prĂ©servĂ©e des bruits de la rue , dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t et trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e. Le « proche de toutes commoditĂ©s » n’a jamais Ă©tĂ© aussi vrai : petite supĂ©rette juste en face, boulangerie au coin, le centre historique vraiment Ă  2 pas, des restos et surtout la mer ... Tout cela nous a vite fait oubliĂ© le stationnement payant đŸ€—Petit bĂ©mol pour la douche qui mĂ©rite une petite remise en Ă©tat (douchette ne fonctionne plus et fuite au niveau du col qui fait perdre de la pression-pbs depuis mini juillet 2020 d’aprĂšs livre d’or), mais ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de briller comme un sous neuf 😉. A refaire sans hĂ©siter !

TrÚs agréable

Beaucoup de points positifs pour ce logement : son emplacement, son Ă©quipement et sa dĂ©coration (vraiment chouette 😃), le confort des lits de la chambre du haut, la gentillesse et disponibilitĂ© du monsieur qui nous a fait l’accueil/dĂ©part. Qq petites amĂ©liorations : pendant notre sĂ©jour le flexible de douche Ă©tait cassĂ©, pas trĂšs pratique quand on a un enfant de 3 ans mais je crois que la rĂ©paration est prĂ©vue prochainement. Enfin, nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© un petit « kit de survie Ă  notre arrivĂ©e » : il y avait une Ă©ponge, du liquide vaisselle, des pastilles lave vaisselle et 1/4 de rouleau de papier toilette. Un mini kit composĂ© de sel fin, gros sel, poivre, sucre, huile, vinaigre, papier toilette suffisant pour le sĂ©jour et sacs poubelle de rechange aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©.
