Charming beachfront cottage in Point Peninsula

Private sandy, beachfront property, located on Lake Ontario. Safe for kids to swim, kayak etc. Two decks, one overlooking the lake. Very peaceful, steps away from forever wild State land. One mile long, sandy beach, located on State land, next to property.
Nice spot to just relax and enjoy nature. 12 minute drive into Cape Vincent and Chamount.
Linens, pots, pans, microwave, stove and fridge inc.

Great stay! The actual space we stayed is small. However, we didn't a lot of room. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. It is a bit off the beaten path, but it's beautiful!

Overall the place was fabulous. Very clean and organized. Screens could use some attention. We suggest that you let people know that there is no living room and that the door is on the second floor. Otherwise the place is outstanding, Beautiful views.Would recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are on the second floor so our kids got their energy out going up and down. We enjoyed having the water nearby, the use of the kayaks and the outdoor space. If we come this way again, we will return here.

Vivian was a quick and friendly host. The waterfront cottage was inviting cozy and comfortable. Everything was well thought out she put a lot of effort into the details. She provided bottled water and even snacks to munch on. The lake was so peaceful and serene, just a beautiful place to rest and recharge. I’m very happy to have found such a lovely gem up here in upstate NY. I was actually visiting a close friend and while roaming around, we found a cute small town festival and purchased some authentic maple syrup and other yummy goodies. The summer here is so beautiful. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you so much Vivian for the wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time in Three Mile Bay! All of the amenities and little touches made us feel comfortable and welcome. Great stay if you’re looking to do some day trips around the 1000 Island area, especially Cape Vincent and Clayton.

The property is perfect! The location is right on the water, secluded yet a short drive into the various villages. Vivian is a great host and was very welcoming. Both bedrooms have everything you need and the kitchen and bath sit centrally between them. It is well appointed and we loved the quiet stay!

Great spot

Cute property...well done interior...perfect for a small family or 2 couples. We enjoyed sitting on the flat stone shore in our beach chairs as the waves washed by...very relaxing watching the wildlife.

Beautiful location!

What a beautiful, quiet spot for some R&R. Brought our soldier son here for a respite and went kayaking and paddleboarding. Firepit at night for some Smores. Owner was very hospitable and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again. Had perfect weather!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time at Vivian’s cottage! Our kids loved playing in the shallow water and yard, the cottage was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed meeting Vivian- she was very friendly, accommodating and made our stay even better! Would love to stay here again!
