Appartement très bien situé , accueil de Jonathan parfait très bonne communication . Un très gros bémol sur les odeurs de canalisation de la salle de bain dans la chambre parentale pendant tout notre séjour , cela sent très fort et mauvais il faudrait y remédier .

Nous avons été reçu par Servane (Parle Français) Voiture obligatoire (parking sous terrain) L'appartement est très propre et calme Belle vue, Belle et grande terrasse Très bon rapport qualité prix au vue de la situation (Reserva de higueron) Proche de l'autoroute Réservez sans craintes - Belles vacances :-) Merci EXO IMMO :-) Le film (bleu) sur la fenêtre de la cuisine mériterait d'être opaque afin de ne pas être vue Toutes les douches à la piscine sont HS (dommage pour l'hygiène) Des transats à la piscine seraient appréciés Une plancha ou un barbecue électrique seraient bienvenus pour manger sur cette belle terrasse Coussins des transats à changer (trop usés et plus confortable)

When we returned, the apartment reeked of sewage smell. Then when you had showered it was gone. A shame about the beautiful flat. The roads around the appartemnet are very steep. We thought we could walk to the beach, but that's no do. Fortunately, there is a little train that takes you to the beach. Perhaps you could mention this on the site.

Schöne Wohnung, aber...

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und stylish eingerichtet und verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse mit seitlichem Meerblick. Leider gab es, trotz Verneinung bei vorheriger Anfragen, Baustellen in der Nähe, die unglaublich störend waren und ein Verweilen auf der Terrasse unmöglich machten. Aus dem Hauptbad verströmt ein fauliger Kanalgeruch über die Lüftung, ein oft auftauchende Problem in Spanien. Öffnet man die Fenster dringt wieder der Baustellenlärm nach innen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt um zwei Nächte verkürzt, was durch die Kulanz des Eigentümers möglich war. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber leider nicht so optimal.

Great short stay

Lovely well equipped apartment, very clean with everything we needed. Pool area excellent and the apartment was well positioned for access to supermarket and local attractions. Communication with the agent was first class. Small negative apartment next door was very noisy and not abiding the the ‘rules’ set. This was quickly resolved. Will definitely re-visit if we return to the area.

quelques défauts au niveau des sanitaires, chasse qui coule, robinet baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas. Le plus gros défaut est l'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain.
