Ottimo appartamento in pieno centro ben curato e con tutti i confort. Unico piccolo problema sono le scale a chiocciola da salire per due piani molto ripidi. C’è il condizionatore e essendo andato in agosto è stato fondamentale per rinfrescare casa.

Nur wenige Gehminuten von den zentralen Plätzen der Innenstadt gelegene, mit viel Liebe individuell gestaltete, schöne kleine Ferienwohnung. Alles neu, top sauber, funktional und mit Wohlfühlen-Atmosphäre. Sehr sympathische und freundliche Vermieter. Zwei steile Treppen sind allerdings zu überwinden, und für stark übergewichtige Personen ist das Bad zu eng.

Accogliente e grazioso appartamento a due passi dal centro

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento con la mia famiglia ad Aix, dal 5.08.2018 al 16.08.2018. L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano di un vecchio edificio, le scale per accedervi risultano molto strette e poco agevoli per passare con i bagagli. L'appartamento tuttavia è stato interamente ristrutturato da poco e risulta grazioso ed accogliente ed attrezzato di tutto il necessario per garantire un piacevole soggiorno. Sin dal primo momento abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di arredi nuovi, la pulizia, la dotazione di stoviglie nuove, il forno a microonde, la lavastoviglie, e la dotazione abbondante di biancheria da bagno. L'appartamento per come è strutturato è ideale per 2/3 persone, noi eravamo in 4 e in alcune situazioni lo abbiamo trovato poco agevole. La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, vicinissima al centro storico, ad alcuni musei e comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. Lo consiglio sicuramente per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno ad Aix en Provence. Michela P.

Sympa mais trop chaud

L’appartement est sympa mais il n’y a pas de climatisation. Il fait trop chaud à Aix-en-Provence et pourtant il faut dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Mais à cause de ça il est difficile de bien dormir, car les voisins font de brouille toute la journée et toute la nuit et il y a trop de moustiques. C’est vraiment dommage, parce-que les propriétaires sont très aimables et l’appartement a été récemment rénové.

Un apartamento es muy bonito, pequeño pero con todas las comodidades necesarias.

Situado en el centro de la ciudad, se puede ir paseando a todas partes. La calle es muy tranquila y el apartamento tiene muy buena luz. La cama es cómoda y la cocina está muy bien equipada . El baño es pequeño pero cuenta con todo lo necesario. La única pega es la escalera que es muy estrecha y cuesta subir las maletas. Los propietarios muy amables. Sin duda, repetiría.

The location of this great unit is walking distance to a farmer’s market, to beautiful boutiques and restaurants and only a few blocks from the Main Street of town. The owners have put a lot of love into this property and you feel it when you walk in. It is very clean, warm and inviting, and super comfortable. They have a small kitchen that meets all of your needs with a bar eating area. There is a wall mounted tv and the shower was awesome with hot water and a warm towel heater. You might want to pack slippers or warm socks. The tile floor is cold and doesn’t really warm up. We’ll be back!
