Beach Ts is a bright and breezy 1,868 sq foot home located on the Oceanside of The Village at Nags Head. It offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. Perfect for a large family or 2-3 smaller families vacationing together. 2 masters and rooms for the kids.

The house is in walking distance less than 2 minutes to the beach! The private beach at Nags Head is exceptionally clean and lifeguards are present during the summer months.

With this home, enjoy the Village Beach Club amenities including a large oceanfront Olympic sized pool, kiddie pool, daily adult and kids activities during the summer months, clubhouse with snack bar, arcade, poolside restrooms and showers, oceanfront parking, life guarded beach accesses and tennis courts! Open May thru end of September.

In addition, 11 miles of jogging/bike paths (bikes not included) await you or stay at home and relax in the hot tub! Visit the sound side of the community to swim, crab, fish at the fishing pier, launch your boat/kayak/canoe or play some golf at the Nags Head Golf Links course (schedule tee times online for an additional fee). There is also plenty of shopping, restaurants and activities nearby. No smoking and no pets.

Beautiful house and location

The house is perfect for two or three families. When we arrived, the house was one of the cleanest we have ever experienced with Vrbo or house rentals. The host was incredible and very responsive. Overall, wonderful house and close to the beach!

Nags Head get a way

The house was great and just what we were looking for. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Betty was super easy to deal with and made check in easy.

Great getaway for the family

We had a great time. The house was well stocked and comfortably fit the 6 adults and 3 younger children. Everything was clean. The beach was so easy to get to and the village beach club was a nice additional amenity. Betty was super responsive and we had a seamless check in and check out experience. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Till next time!

Perfect Location

Property was fantastic for our family of 6 with 4 teenagers. It would easily sleep more, but we especially loved the location. Close to outlets, grocery store, walking path, beach, and Jockey's Ridge. Don't miss Blue Moon Grill for dinner and Surfin' Spoon for the best ice cream sandwiches! It was our first time to the Outer Banks and we would stay here again in a heart beat!

Home away from home

The house was very clean and accurate description. I liked the fact that the house already had garbage bags and kitchen towels to use along with tin foil, paper towels & and extra toilet paper. We have stayed at many houses and it’s always nice when you are traveling out of town to not have to buy all that stuff. I would definitely stay here again.

Highschool reunion - 5 couples. Communication with the owner was great. Location is good but there is a main road right behind the house. We enjoyed the beach club access. The house could use a deep cleaning and a linen update. Layout and location worked out great for us.

Good: Kitchen well stocked; mattresses were comfortable; location to beach and pool an easy walk; lots of indoor and outdoor games, puzzles, etc. Need Improvement: More lighting—difficult to read in living space (small lamps); some furniture pieces are worn and in need of replacement and/or repair; bedroom with two bunks is too crowded; needs a deep cleaning.

Great trip with friends

The property was great for us to stay with 2 families. The house was well kept and had plenty of extra beach accessories. It was an easy walk to the beach, even with 5 kids. The host was super responsive and very helpful!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great time with family in Nags Head. The community is very nice and we enjoyed the community pool. The house was clean, stocked well, nice decks and although it is not an oceanfront home, we relaxed on the deck and enjoyed the ocean breeze. It was probably a little on the small size for our family of 11, but we managed just fine and had a great time.

Wonderful stay in Nags Head

We loved our stay in Betty's home. We were a group of 2 families - 4 adults, 3 children, and the home was perfect for us. Very easy walk to the beach and access to the Village Club was such a perk. We used the pool and tennis courts at the club almost every day, and the service/food/drinks at the pool were excellent and an unexpected surprise! Betty was wonderful and extremely communicative throughout. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Beach Weekend Getaway

Rented this property for a long weekend with friends. Conveniently located in the outer banks. Betty is amazing and communicated with us right away when we had questions. They have everything you need. The beach is so close. We were so comfortable there and had a blast! Highly recommend!

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay. It checked all the boxes and met all our needs. The kitchen is extremely well stocked so that was a nice surprise. The only thing I would have changed was that the house would not have been so close to Hwy 12 (it basically backs up to the hwy). Overall it was great!

Easy walk to beach

We were very comfortable and had plenty of room to move around. What caught my attention was the fresh scent throughout. All appliances were up to date. We had an easy walk to the beach. Hope to return to this location!

Wonderful stay

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this charming home. Perfect location. The house was everything we had hoped for…super close to the beach, cute decor, comfy beds, plenty of supplies, and enough room for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed playing bags in the evening, swinging in the hammock, warming up in the hot tub, and catching the sunrise over the waves in the morning. Over-all we had a wonderful time visiting the Outer Banks and would definitely come back again. Thanks Betty!

Just lovely

This property was as described. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Betty, the host, was as accommodating as could be. She checked in with us on arrival. Made her cell phone available for concerns and checked on us as we left. The neighborhood was very nice and close to the beach. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely return Thank you Betty!

Wonderful Experience

Our family of 5 met up with cousins (a family of 4). We all had our own space. It was a great setup for all of us to have our own room. This property is not on the beach but you can take a quick walk and there you are!

Well maintained home in beautiful neighborhood

Community pool is beautiful and was never overly crowded. Beach access from the house is quick, but the beach to the pool is a much longer walk. Hard to go from one to another, but really not a big deal as you can park your car at the pool. Overall we had everything we needed and Betty was very responsive and accommodating. Very convenient location to shopping and many great restaurants. Loved our first time in the Outer Banks!

Everything we needed

We were traveling to OBX for a long weekend and Betty’s house has everything we needed down to infant adarondak chairs and a soft sided beach cooler. The kitchen was well stocked and we found it easy to make all of our meals at home. The house was close to the beach (walking distance) and the hot tub area was secluded and peaceful. I would highly recommend this house for people with toddlers (you just need one baby gate!!!).
