The location of the property can't be beat: across from the Nags Head Village Beach Club Community Center and tennis courts; a short walk to the ocean; a short drive to the bay; a short drive to the golf course. Then there is the fully stocked kitchen (we usually cook half the days, eat out half the days), with everything we needed. TVs in every room, although we barely watched any at all. Loved the hot tub and then jumping into the cool pool. Having a refrigerator on the ground floor off of the carport was key - glad that was there! Laundry facilities too. More rooms and beds than we need as well! This is definitely a high quality rental and premo location. Highly recommended!!

The details - Beautiful, 3 level freshly updated, 4 bedroom/3 bath beach duplex located 100 yards from boardwalk beach access.

Fully stocked kitchen, 2 master bedrooms with full baths, 1 bunk room with twin over double bunk and twin or twin bunk, and 1 bedroom with 2 twins.

Nicely furnished through out.

Bed linens and bath towels (bath and washcloth) provided. Please pack your own Beach/Pool towels.

Hot tub and 12 x25 private heated pool, (open April through 2nd week of October. Heat available at extra charge ($250) May and September/October. PRIVATE POOL AND HOT TUB CLOSE end OF OCTOBER.

** NEWLY REMODELED AND UOHRADED COMMUNITY POOL CLUB OPENS MAY 18, 2026 OPEN DAILY UNTI SEPTEMBER 7th ** FOOD, FULL BAR, KIDS ACTIVITIES ANS NEW PICKLEBALL COURTS (6) COMING SUMMER 2026

Enclosed outdoor shower, washer/dryer, central air/heat, parking for 4 vehicles, located in the Village at Nags Head.
The sound side gazebo and sound side beach are a short walk, car or bike ride across the highway. Some people bring kayaks and you can launch from the beach. All at no additional charge.

Beach access is right across the street - quiet neighborhood street - no busy road to cross!

2 decks: Upper deck with chairs for relaxing and taking in the ocean views. Mid level deck has large covered porch with porch swing for an afternoon nap or reading.

**Home is equipped with 5 TVs all of which are for streaming exclusively - i.e, Netflix and Amazon Prime, rtc. Watch all your favorite shows via ROKU equipped TVS. Be sure to bring your login info!

Sleeps 10 (2 kings, 1 full, and 5 twins) Conveniently located at MP 15, close to outlet mall, restaurants and activities.

Bike/walking path right outside neighborhood.

Perfect for 2 families - 1 master up and 1 master down with 2 rooms for kids! Why spend $$$ for oceanfront when you can stay oceanside for a fraction of the price!

Cocoa Cabana has all of the amenities you may need for a multi family vacation! The location to the beach and pool were ideal and it was so nice to have an outdoor shower (with warm water ) to get the sand off or to jump in the hot tub. Our two families enjoyed it very much.

Why they chose this property

We chose The Village at Nags head and our particular home for the location to the beach and all the activities that OBX has to offer. We liked that we do not have to cross the busy street to get to the beach and not only do with have the ocean and beach, but we have the pool, snack bar and the sound side Gazebo for kayaking or just hanging out. Our family has spent many summers in Nags head - with our kids, when we had no kids and when WE were kids! We purchased our home in 2014 and have enjoyed spending time in our Cocoa Cabana!

What makes this property unique

Being so close to the beach is a real treat! A short walk (within 100 yards) takes you to the beautiful decked walkway to our beach. The beach is not overly crowded as there is not a public access. The beach is used by Village of Nags head owners and guests. There is also a lifeguard positioned on the beach nearest the pool if you would like the added security of a guard. It is so peaceful and relaxing here. Once you try it, you will want to come back again and again!
