We had a wonderful weekend. The house was clean and well appointed. We were able to enjoy the beautiful pool and outdoor spaces, access to the beach is really close. The location of the house could not have been better, we were able to get to shopping, restaurants and attractions with ease. Lori was wonderful to deal with, we never waited more than a couple of minutes for her to respond to us.

Host was great with communication. Our family enjoyed the private pool. The music could be heard from the community area right from the balcony. The house was clean and inviting! Nice spacious rooms and parking. Loved how easy it was to get to the beach.

This house was in a great location in Nags Head. The beach was just across the street (not a busy street) so it was easy access with the grandkids (3 - 10 yo). The house was clean and we had no surprises. It was as easy as it can get for a vacation. The Village Beach Club was a fabulous bonus, since we had access to pools, pickleball courts and the beach!

We had a great vacation. The weather wasn't the best. The house and amenities were great. Newly remodeled bathrooms were awesome. We would definitely stay again The newly renovated clubhouse was very nice.

We all absolutely loved our stay at Coco Cabana!! We were 5 adults and two children-9 and 12 and the accommodations were exactly as promised. The pool and hot tub in the backyard were great, but the other option of the large pool directly across the street at the clubhouse with easy access to the beach were such a bonus!! A beautiful wooden walkway right onto the sand and also bar service around the pool. I would definitely recommend this rental!! The host Lori was always in touch and had great tips on restaurants and things to do. We are looking forward to our second trip to OBX at the Coco Cabana!!

Property was very clean and welcoming. Hot tub was utilized everyday by our family. Not much of a beach view, but only 1-2 minute walk and you were there. Backyard was very spacious.

We had a great stay in nags head! Loved the pool and hot tub and close walk to the beach. Lori was very easy to communicate with and was proactive when a hurricane was on the way (luckily little impact to our vacation and still had great weather).

Good value, very short walk to beach. Our family has 5 members so we had an extra bedroom. Plenty spacious for us. Host answered texts and emails immediately and was helpful. Microwave broke while we were there. Host had new one installed pretty quickly. Community pool was not open yet due to a delay, but we were able to use pool on property. I recommend this place to others.

Great Vacation Rental

The property is in a great central location and has many extras one might need (like bikes and beach chairs). Host responded quickly to messages. We would definitely chose to stay here again.

Our stay was beyond expectations. We are so grateful for such a lovely, clean, big space to stay that was walking distance to the beach and community pool. It was better than anticipated and would love to stay here again ! The communication was fabulous and efficient. Loved every aspect of our stay!

Perfect vacation and house

It was a perfect week. The house was everything we could hope for, clean, perfect location, plenty of room. The pool was warm, the beach club and ocean are right across from the house. The weather was also perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
