Privately owned executive apartment with parking set in the grounds of the famous 5 start Gleneagles Hotel which has 3 world class golf courses and was the home to the 2014 Ryder Cup, 2019 Solheim Cup & 2022 Seniors Open. Set in a quiet location this is ideal should you require a peaceful relaxing break set within the gentle beauty of 850 acres of Perthshire countryside.
Local amenities include 3 championship golf courses, fishing, shooting, horse riding, off road driving and an ideal location for hill walking. You are also just a couple minutes walk from the 5 star Gleneagles Hotel which has elegant restaurants bars and designer boutiques. (Note: As we are not owned by the hotel spa and pool access would be through direct arrangement with hotel and is not included with rental, unfortunately we do not get any discounts)
The first floor property boasts 2 bedrooms which can be configured with twin beds or king size beds according to your requirements, each bedroom has television, DVD and Streamium Music Station.
There is one en suite bathroom with heated flooring and one family Bathroom including shower. Fully fitted kitchen including Dishwasher, Fridge, separate ice machine, Washer, Microwave, kettle, toaster and Lavazza modo coffee machine.
The open plan lounge and diner has a 6 seater dining table, 2 two seater sofas and a two seater window 'love seat'. Also within this area is a 50' LED television with integrated free view HD along with sky streaming puck (no sport or movies) and a PS4 which also acts as a DVD & BluRay player - surround sound for the tv is managed through a 5.1 A/V Receiver system with 5 speakers. Music is also provided through Sonos and a Streamium Music centre with Aux cable for your own device. A selection of DVD, Playstation games and board games are also within the property should you wish a quiet night in. Tv services include Sky Stream with Essential Pack, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and Apple TV.
A workspace is provided in the large hall with desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse & surge protector plugs
The property is just 1 hours drive from the international airports of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Also off the living area is a balcony with 2 seated bistro set. WiFi is provided throughout.
Keys are obtained from a PIN lock box attached to the garage door.
Please note linen and towels are provided along with hand soap but shower gel and shampoo is not. There is no maid service as is normal with self catering.
EPC Rating F. Water is provided by a WiFi smart timer immersion which is located in the hall cupboard and master switch in kitchen, PLEASE DO NOT SWITCH OFF. It’s timed to go off and on all day and you can switch it on in the hall and will stay on until next ‘off’ timer. I will switch timer off remotely on departure.
Each room has WiFi controlled electric heaters which should also be set to requirements and can be amended using the tablet on the kitchen or by messaging me to set remotely. Please do not switch heaters off at the wall. I will switch off remotely on departure. There is also a portable plug in oil heater for extra should you need it but the apartment is very warm anyway.
En suite shower water comes from immersion above. Bathroom shower is electric with power switch located in hall under the table

The apartment was exactly what we needed! It was a wonderful location ans had everything we needed to be comfortable. Mark was very responsive and also proactively reached out to prepare for our stay.
The property was clean well looked after, organised,in the right place for Glen Eagles and Mark made our stay very welcoming.Thankyou so much and look forward to our return next year
Our stay at Gleneagles was great. Bedrooms and baths were more than adequate. Lots of storage room for clothes. The kitchen was well equipped and gave us everything we needed. The flat has wonderful access to the resort. Our host was very responsive.
Awesome waterfront location - The view from the main living area is picture perfect! The home is beautiful, the custom kitchen has it all from high end appliances to cooking spices... all with amazing views of Clinton Harbor. The Landing's host Kim was very responsive and we will absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Perfect location for Gleneagles playground, Golf, Padel, restaurants and bars. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants in Auchterarder. Host provided breakfast provisions wish were appreciated. Quiet location with parking.
The location is fabulous, a very easy 5 minute stroll to Gleneagles. The apartment has everything you need and more and the host went above and beyond with early check in time, a bottle for my husbands birthday and was very easy to communicate with. Thank you, for the best ever few days away, perfect.

Excellent property. Better than described in listing. Perfect location to access golf courses and the great restaurants at the GlenEagles hotel. Communications and gaining access to the property were seamless. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area.
Very well placed for access to Gleneagles. Well appointed apartment with everything you need. Working the tv was a bit complicated but then we’re not that way minded and didn’t visit to watch tv! Would recommend to anyone. Great place. Excellent communication with the owner.
Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Beds made up and fresh towels provided along with welcome pack from host. Information folder contained everything we needed to know. Self check in very easy and great communication with host throughout.
Fabulous rental home away from home and always very comfortable. Little issue with Yale lock not working properly so had to mortise lock door when in apartment but nothing we couldn’t overcome. Thanks for another great stay
Property is well-appointed, comfortably and nicely furnished. It was extremely clean! The one difficulty we had was trying to watch television despite very explicit directions. But that was a small inconvenience. Everything else was terrific.
This is a lovely place to stay. All you can really hear is birdsong. Owls, cuckoos, oystercatchers, buzzards, blackbirds, thrushes.
We even had a deer visit us.
Ice maker won us over.

Lovely apartment in beautiful setting.
Mark’s apartment was clean comfortable and really well equipped. A great setting with lovely views to the back . Although we didn’t meet Mark he couldn’t have been more helpful... he really thinks of everything. Next time we come to auchterarder we will definitely return if it’s available!
We travelled as a group of 4 adults. We used the property as our base for some golf and a trip to The Open. The property was well suited for our needs. It is well equipped, however the TV system is somewhat complexed. Overall the apartment is clean but the windows and balcony are in need of some TLC. The property has some thoughtful touches and the furnishings are modern. A very nice welcome provision pack was provided, Plenty of parking adjacent to the property. We loved the worktop ice maker. Mark the host is a very helpful guy and nothing is to much trouble.

Thank you for your feedback Ray, regarding the windows and balcony these have been in plan for repainting the wood and tiling the balcony floor for some time and I had earmarked it for a handyman friend who had a sequence of poor luck with his health so it’s been repeatedly pushed back. However, you are correct and it has prompted me to send out a couple requests for other quotes so I am hopeful these will all look much better when you next visit.

Awful oven filthy crumbs left in toaster took me 3.5 hours to clean this apartment lock doesn’t work on the door entrance hall smells very damp water dripping outside on to front porch why does a two bedroom apartment need 15 air fresheners would like my cleaning fee back would never come back to this apartment

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay, if you had contacted us we would have remedied your concerns. In fact you did not reply to any of our messages at all.
You mention a cleaning fee - we do not have one and have never charged one so do not understand this comment at all.
You mention a smell of damp & water dripping - this was external to the apartment and was reported to the building factors 25/9, they advised 4/10 they have repairs scheduled this week.
I dispute your cleaning claim and the 15 air freshener’s comment is a dramatic exaggeration as there is one in each room and they are air fresheners.
Es war schön und heimelich. Wir waren schön zentral und hatten im Endeffekt alles was man braucht. Küchenutensilien könnten aufgestockt werden, sonst alles super. Alles sauber und Hygienisch.
From the start the owner was very amenable, helpful and flexible. It was exactly where we needed to be for a work event at Gleneagles, which was just a short walk. He also recommended two excellent restaurants in Auchterarder for our clients. The flat had all the amenities that we needed. Would definitely recommend this.
