The property consists of a large house with two bedrooms, large kitchen-dining room, living room, games room. It is connected by a terrace to a large outbuilding, with four bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Swimming pool and pretty garden. The house is opposite, 1 km from a public golf course, Le Golf de la Sainte Baume.
