Quiet house with swimming pool in the heart of vineyards, close to beaches and villages
10 minutes drive from the beaches of Lecques and Bandol, very quiet, nice new house, with neat decoration.
Exceptional view typically Provençal, bright and cheerful house, functional. Contemporary decoration. 15 minutes from the circuit of Castellet, near the golf dolce Frégate, circuit of the wines of Bandol, the creeks of Cassis.
Quality services. Very nice view of the villages of La Cadière d'Azur and Castellet. Large infinity pool (12m x 4m). Attached to the kitchen, large covered shelter with sitting area and meals (12 people).
On the ground floor:
- Large living / dining room / open kitchen. 10 people all comfort.
- Master bedroom with shower room (very large walk-in shower)
- An independent studio air-conditioned (but communicating with the house)
Floor:
- 2 double rooms
- A children's room, sleeps 3
- A bathroom (shower and bath)
Available: trampoline, gantry, bikes (children and adults), cot, stroller.
We will be there to welcome you, give you practical information and some tourist tips to make your stay as pleasant as possible
