Grande maison de 300 m2 sur 3 niveaux dans le quartier résidentiel de Beaucours
Accueil jusqu’à 11 personnes : 5 belles chambres (dont 3 avec terrasses), jusqu’à 11 couchages, 3 salles de bain ; grand séjour avec cheminée, cuisine tout équipée, salle à manger ;
A l’extérieur : grande piscine, très bien entretenue, système d’alarme. (Non chauffée.) Terrain de 1000 m2 clos et fermé avec portail automatique, très ombragé avec de nombreux arbres fruitiers. Cuisine d'été avec barbecue près de la piscine. Espace pétanque. Place de parking jusqu’à 4 voitures .
Pour vos loisirs : 3 téléviseurs, baby-foot et play-station, terrain de pétanque, paddle, bouées pour la piscine, jeux de société etc.
Le ménage de fin de séjour compris dans le prix.
Location des draps (lits faits à votre arrivée) et des serviettes de toilette en option : + 15euros par personne/séjour.
Situation : commodités à proximité (boulangerie, superette etc…) à 14 min à pied, plages beaucour a 8 min à pied, parc vert petanque et grand terrain de jeux à 3 min
