Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 2'300 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, meadow, swimming pool (11 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 30.Oct.). Wonderful place overlooking the Baie de Bandol

If you are looking for a place in Southern France with a view on the Mediterranean Sea to die for and space for 8 people, this is the place. Great pool, beautiful terrace and spacious villa. 5 min drive to supermarket, 10 min tops to the beach. Very welcoming and uncomplicated host. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to come back another time.

Villa in einem schlechten Zustand

Die Villa wurde vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt, ĂŒberall Schmutz und Essensreste. Die KĂŒchenplatte im Bereich des SpĂŒlbeckens verrottet und voller Ameisen. Garagentor defekt, TĂŒr zwischen Garage und Wohnung offen bzw. nicht abschließbar, da kein passender SchlĂŒssel vorhanden. Wir hatten die EigentĂŒmerin (wohnt unmittelbar hinter der Villa) um Hilfe gebeten. Sie hatte zu unserem Erstaunen jegliche UnterstĂŒtzung abgelehnt und uns an Interchalet verwiesen. Positiv zu erwĂ€hnen ist die Lage des Objekts.

Das Haus ist an einer top Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die KĂŒche war nicht sauber geputzt bei der Übergabe (KĂŒhlschrank war verdreckt und bei den Besteckschubladen war auch KĂŒchenreste drin.

Une vraie maison de vacances

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© avec nos enfants dans cette maison, soit quatre couples. Nous avons tous Ă©tĂ© sĂ©duits par le concept dedans dehors, et par la vue magnifique sur la baie de Bandol. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, nous avons profitĂ© au mieux de tous ses Ă©quipements, comme la piscine et le barbecue. La situation de la maison permet de profiter pleinement de la ville de Sanary, de celle de Bandol ou de l’arriĂšre pays varois. SĂ©jour reposant et agrĂ©able.

Dieses Haus hat eine super Lag...

Dieses Haus hat eine super Lage und ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Die moderne Architektur –Stahl, Glas, Beton – vermittelt trotzdem einen sehr gemĂŒtlichen und grosszĂŒgigen Eindruck. Wenn man will findet man natĂŒrlich immer was zu granteln, ist aber nicht angebracht. Das einzige "Problem" ist vielleicht der etwas hallige sehr grosse Wohnraum wo es manchmal nicht einfach war den TV–Ton gut zu verstehen, aber wer sitzt schon bei schönem Wetter im Haus? Ausserdem ist durch die Bauweise bedingt in den Schlafzimmern nichts zu hören, die durch einen langen Gang und eine Wand getrennt sind. Dass keine DuschvorhĂ€nge vorhanden sind, ist sicher nicht "gut" aber landestypisch. Man muss sich eben drauf einstellen. Der Garten und Poolbereicht ganz toll – vor allem fĂŒr Hunde. Alles sehr sauber – der Pool wird dauergereinigt. Ja, 2 kleine Sonnenschirme sind zu wenig, wir waren aber nur zu zweit. Die auf dieser Seite geĂ€usserte Kritik ... können wir nicht mal rudimentĂ€r nachvollziehen. Und an einen Pool gehören keine Kinder die nicht schwimmen können oder unter Aufsicht sein sollten. Madame ... , die EigentĂŒmerin, ist eine ganz reizende, freundliche, deutschsprechende Person. Reisetipps: Das Haus ist optimal gelegen, genau zwischen Sanary und Bandol. Vor allem Sanary ist ein schönen, atmosphĂ€risches StĂ€dtchen mit gesperrtem Hafenbereich. Man kann hier schön am Hafen sitzen und die AtmosphĂ€re geniesen. Mittwochs findet ein provencialischer Markt statt. Lohnt sich! Die Parksituation ist super gelöst, sehr grosser Parkplatz am Hafen und einige nahe liegende ParkhĂ€user. Ähnliches gilt auch fĂŒr Bandol. Toulon fanden wir eher "nichts besonderes", vor allem, nachdem man den MilitĂ€rhafen nicht mehr sehen darf. Das Essen, und das haben wir öfters gelesen, ist nichts besonderes, im Gegenteil. Wir waren nur auf der "sicheren Seite", wenn wir,wie meistens, Crepes gegesssen haben. Dagegen gibt es gute SupermĂ€rkte wie Intermarche oder Carrefour ĂŒberall mit sehr gutem Angebot. Allesin allem lebt der Aufenthalt dort durch die beiden wirklich schönen StĂ€dte Sanary und Bandol (mit Casino). Zwischen Sanary und Six–Four–Les–Plages gibt es einen tollen, absolut gepflegten langen Sandstrand mit Infrastrucktur – Hunde dĂŒrfen allerdings nicht rein, sondern mĂŒssen eben auf einer Bank warten.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Ur...

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und es hat uns im Haus an nichts gefehlt! Genossen haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse zu jeder Tageszeit, vom FrĂŒhstĂŒck bis zum Abendessen bei phantastischen SonnenuntergĂ€ngen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut. Alles in allem volle Punktzahl fĂŒr eine sehr gelungene Ferienunterkunft. Reisetipps: Wir waren restlos angetan von der wunderbaren Landschaft, besonders Sanary (und der Markt am Mittwoch) lohnt sich, gerade auch, wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist und die Gegend erkundet.

Wir hatten die BefĂŒrchtung, dass die nahe Eisenbahnstrecke eventuell GerĂ€uschbelĂ€stigungen verursachen könnte: dies war ĂŒberhaupt nicht der Fall. Es wĂ€re interessant zu erfahren, ob die französische Eisenbahn besondere GerĂ€uschminderungsmaßnahmen einsetzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Reisetipps: SĂŒdfrankreich ist wunderschön und fĂŒr einen reinen Badeurlaub viel zu schade. Eine "Fundgrube" fĂŒr jeden, der geschichtlich interessiert ist.

Ein wundervolles Traumhaus: De...

Ein wundervolles Traumhaus: Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Bandol ist großartig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die EigentĂŒmerin ist sehr freundlich und engagiert und wohnt in direkter Nachbarschaft, sie spricht ausgezeichnet deutsch.Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen, der Pool ist super. Der nĂ€chste Strand ist 20 min. Fußweg entfernt.Wer gerne und viel kocht, sollte sich scharfe Kochmesser mitbringen. Reisetipps: Sanary–sur–Mer ist ein wirklich schönen StĂ€dtchen. Der Hafen mit vielen Bars und Restaurants ist immer wieder einen Ausflug wert. Jeden Vormittag findet ein kleiner Markt statt mit den all den frischen Köstlichkeiten, die die Region zu bieten hat.
