Super maison

Super maison pour un grand groupe, bien située, bonne literie. Si la météo n'est pas bonne, le coin salon est probablement un peu étroit mais la table de salle à manger permet de belles tablées ! Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et avec Marie-France la femme de ménage qui facilite beaucoup la location. Deux petites remarques : ce serait encore mieux si vous pouviez mettre à disposition moyennant rémunération bien sûr les draps et les serviettes car lorsque l'on vient en avion, ce n'est pas toujours évident de transporter tout ça. Pour la cuisine, vous pourriez compléter de grosses casseroles qui permettent de faire à manger pour des grands groupes! Merci encore, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Maison louée pour un événement : arrivée très facile, la maison était propre tout comme la piscine Petit point négatif : nous étions au courant mais il serait plus facile de prévoir au moins des draps pour les différents couchages Encore merci pour le séjour !

C'est une maison très agréable, possédant une belle terrasse avec une piscine se qui en fait un bon lieu de détente mais aussi d'activité vu qu'il y a la plage et un city pas très loin pour les plus jeunes qui nous ont permis de profiter amplement du séjour !

Emplacement top et charme du lieu

Maison bien placée et pratique à vivre. La pièce de vie est un peu petite pour 10 personnes mais pour un court séjour ou si l'on vie dehors c'est suffisant. Maison avec un charme rustique ... quelques imperfections mais l'entretien est correcte et la proximité sanary tellement pratique. Maison adaptée pour enfants à partir de 5 ans en raison des marches escaliers, piscine et exterieurs non sécurisés. Nous avons passé un super moment en famille. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la literie, le calme la nuit, les aménagements extérieurs, les 2 salles de bains et 2 WC, l'emplacement, la zone de jeux enfants sur la mezzanine. L'accueil très sympathique, flexible et serviable.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus für einen schönen Familienurlaub

Ein sauberes, modernisiertes Haus mit großzügiger Aufteilung - nicht weit von Strand, Meer und Ort. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr geräumig, teilweise offen gestaltet mit einer hübschen Galerie. Auch das Grundstück um das Haus herum bietet genug Platz, zwei Terrassen laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Pool ist ebenfalls gepflegt und hat eine angenehme Größe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit den notwendigen Geräten und Utensilien. Parken auf dem Grundstück ist möglich, sehr praktisch ist das automatische Tor. Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei jugendlich-/erwachsenen "Kindern" (15 und 21 Jahre) im Haus von Soléne und Leo eine entspannte Woche verbracht: Genug Raum für jeden, so dass man sich auch mal gut zurückziehen kann zwischendurch; die 2 Bäder (eines davon geschmackvoll modernisiert!) und dazu jeweils separate Toiletten fanden wir ebenfalls prima. Da es sehr heiß war zu unserer Reisezeit, haben wir die Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt!! Zum Einkaufen, ins Stadtzentrum und zum Strand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, weil es uns einfach zu warm war, um den Weg bei Sonne zu Fuß zu laufen. Es wäre aber sicher möglich. Alles ist gut erreichbar. Ausflüge nach Marseille, Hyères, Porquerolles, Cassis, Calanques etc. sind von dort aus sehr unkompliziert möglich. Sanary-sur-mer selbst bietet einen pittoresken Hafen, schöne Geschäfte, saubere Strände, gute Restaurants und einen sehr hübschen Nachtmarkt abends unten am Hafen. Wir wurden bei Ankunft und Abreise von Leatizia sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Sie war für uns - genauso wie die Besitzerin Soléne - jederzeit erreichbar und beide haben uns bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank dafür!

Sommerferien mit Familie

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, auch wurden wir auf die Gefahren betreffend Kleinkinder und Pool hingewiesen. Jedoch, erwies sich die Küche mit den defekten Küchenschränken auf Kinderhöhe mit den scharfen Messern, Scheeren und Gläsern als grössere und unerwartete Gefahr. Das Haus war in einem annehmbaren Zustand, der Pool wurde vor und während dem Aufenthalt (1Woche) gereinigt. Leider war das Sonnendeck kaputt und der Sitzplatz in der Sommerhitze nur zeitlich beschränkt nutzbar. Die Toiletten sind eher eng und die Toilette im Obergeschoss enthält leider kein Lavabo und kein Toilettenpapierhalter. Wir mussten viele Kleinigkeiten organisieren, so war zbs. nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, ein Abfallsack, zwei Geschirrspültabs, etwas Olivenöl und kaum Gewürze vorhanden. Jedoch das nötigste für den Ankunftstag war vorhanden. Sogar Kinderspielsachen und Bücher waren ordentlich im Schrank aufbewahrt. Alle Haushaltsgeräte funktionieren einwandfrei (Klimaanlage in den Schlaf-Zimmern, Kochherd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine) der defekte Külschrank wurde durch einen separaten, neuen Kühlschrank ersetzt - dieser war einwandfrei sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns im heimeligen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinweis: das Babybett ist vorhanden, jedoch keine Matratze dafür, diese muss selbst mitgenommen werden (wir wussten uns mit Badetüchern zu helfen) Die Bedienung für die Klimaanlage im Kinderzimmer wird gerade ersetzt - diese haben unsere Kids offenbar kapitt gemacht ohne, dass wir dies bemerkt haben - Entschuldigung dafür!
