recent villa modern, very clear, facing south, with 5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. very new bedding in all rooms

Our villa will be ideal for family holidays. The tranquility of the neighborhood must be respected.

You will benefit from a nice terrace very equipped (living room of garden, barbecue).

Since April 2019 you have a Boules pitch

You can walk to the center of Sanary (25mns) whose market was elected in 2018 "cheaper de france"

Everything is planned for a great holiday

Great holiday

We stayed five weeks out of season to see the rugby in Marseille and had a delightful time in this lovely house on the outskirts of Sanary sur Mer. Very clean and well equipped for ten people. Conveniently placed for additional guests to arrive by train having flown into Nice or Marseille airport. English speaking lady was there to welcome us and offered weekly cleaning which was handy with a house full. Garden was a high point for nightly dinners on the verandah, lazing by the (reasonably sized) pool or playing table tennis and boules. Very good WiFi and large screen HDTV were also great.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen: großzügig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der große Garten mit dem Pool war besonders für die Kinder perfekt. Die Klimaanlagen haben uns bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr geholfen. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, so dass wir uns selbst versorgen konnten (zwei Kühlschränke). Wir konnten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub erleben und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir haben mit der Familie einen großartigen Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus ist gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Vor allem in der Küche ist alles in ausreichender Anzahl enthalten, was man so braucht.Die meisten Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Der Pool ist toll. Der Check-in Vorgang verlief unkompliziert und wir hatten eine zuverlässige und nette Ansprechpartnerin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Gegend

Wird hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt und haben besonders den schönen Pool genossen. Sanary sur mer ist grundsätzlich ein wunderschöner Ort, leider gibt es aktuell am Hafen eine große Baustelle, die laut der Ausschilderung noch bis 2027 andauern soll.

Une belle maison pour un noel en famille

La maison est super et la terrasse aussi. Les poeles de la cuisines sont trop abimees pour etre utilisables. Domage aussi que la piscine ne soit pas chauffable contrairement a ce qui est dit dans l'annonce. La qualite de l'eau de la pisine laisse aussi à desirer. On regrette une eponge sale dans la cuisine, et pas meme un echantillon de sel et de poivre.

An excellent stay

David was an excellent host. He kept in touch regularly and was quick to respond with any queries. He enabled a lady who spoke English to show us around the property and how everything worked. The property was very clean. There are lots of things that make the stay more comfortable, electronic gates, a good security system and a heated pool. Bedrooms are very spacious and there is plenty of wardrobe space. Showers and toilets were very clean, the only improvement that I could suggest is that some of the cups and plates were chipped, however this was a minor thing and did not disturb our stay. An excellent, beautiful home which we would happily return to if we return to Sanary x Thank you David

Super maison conforme à l annonce... piscine chauffée sur demande nous en avons profité toute la semaine... accueil au top de Nawal et petit bouteille de rosé....table de ping-pong ou les enfants se sont régalés... Maison très agréable, spacieuse. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Les équipements sont en bon état, à part en ce qui concerne la cuisine ou la batterie casseroles, poêles, serait à changer car vraiment dans un très mauvais état ... Juste une petite remarque en ce qui concerne la chambre au rez-de-chaussée ... pas de penderie pour les vêtements.

Belle maison et jardin très agréable

La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse. Les équipements sont en bon état, à part le barbecue qui mériterait d'être remplacé. Les lits sont confortables. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien. Le terrain de pétanque est à l'ombre ce qui est très agréable.
