Enjoy the lifestyle you deserved on this Beautiful 5 bedroom Home in exquisite Resort Style Community. This Home features: Double Master Bedroom, Granite counter top in Kitchen, Culture Marble in all Baths. Stainless steel appliances, heated pool with spa. On the first floor you will find a master queen bedroom with a private bathroom. On the second floor we have 4 bedrooms, the first one a master king bed with private bathroom, the second bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom with a queen bed and fourth bedroom with two twins beds, Excellent location only minutes from Disney World and near shopping, restaurants and golf. Resort has a great pool, heated spa, movie room, game room, basketball and volleyball court, estate of the art gym,  a cinema with films and lakes for fishing enthusiasts.

Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside of the property.
NO landline phone is provided

BBQ grill is additional fee.
No pool heat.
The minimum age required is 18.
Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.

Very nice house

The house is very nice. Bedding is new and clean. Carpet needs to be upgraded. Great quiet area.

Family Vacation

The house listed king bed, not true. Bugs all over the house, air conditioner went out, ice maker didn’t work. I emailed on Sunday and didn’t get a response to get help until Wednesday night. I was told I could leave that night. It was very inconvenience for me and my guest. I asked many times for corporate number, but never received it. I have emails and pictures of our conversation. One day trash fell on the ground and they immediately emailed me and I immediately took care of the problem, but they didn’t take care of none of their problems.

I will not book Trafalger again-

This property is by far the most ill equipped unit/house I have ever stayed at. The pots (few available) were so nasty and peeling that I went and bought some. There wasn’t even a pizza cutter and one TINY cutting board. I didn’t even have a pot to cook boxed Mac and cheese. The ice maker was broken and there were no ice trays. The house was not REALLY clean. I could feel the soap scum in the tub, there was black and pink mold in the showers- dust everywhere- a beer bottle cap and crumbs on the floor in corner of the kitchen- bits of trash under the king bed- the beds were TERRIBLE- and the AC control panel was not operating. The management company did contact me about a service appointment for the next day. However, I was not told to leave the house key for them to enter. I have several friends who CLEAN rental properties- MAINTENANCE always has a code or key. Also, there were no fans. (There was 1- but it was broken) good thing I brought a small one of my own. You’d think with such high ceilings and it being Florida there would be at least ceiling fans. The carpet was stained and dirty looking. The dishwasher was SOO loud and did not actually clean the dishes. There were a few nicer towels but the rest were so old and ratty. I am not a hard person to please and I usually don’t write a negative review but this place needs a deep clean and maintenance. I will not be returning to this location. I have photos if needed.

Trafalgar Village Stay

Location was dynamite for us. Home was spacious and comfortable. Pool/lanai area great. Glad to have a washer/dryer to use. One chirping smoke alarm that we set on counter for help to fix.

Not worth it

To owner of rental property. I just rented your property In Kissimmee Florida. We were not happy with our stay for the fallowing reasons. First of all I paid 2 weeks in advance for the pool to be heated. I had been promising 3 children that if they could be good a little longer on our 16 hour drive that as soon as we got to the house they could jump in the heated pool and how much fun that would be. The thing is that when we got there it was not Heated. After I called and left a message someone came and turned it on . Second, the 2 trash cans were already full of trash. Third , the house was so hot and I don’t think the air was working. We had to go buy fans for all of us to use. Fourth, there are little black ants everywhere in the kitchen. They are coming out of the plugs by the stove. We couldn’t even put food on the counter because they would crawl all over it. So as you can tell I will not be giving your house a very good review. Dear Angela Thank you for your feedback. We turn on the pool heat the same day of your reservation will take time to warm up and we explain it to each guest. We send the maintenance guy to take a look at the pool heat but the pool heat was working fine as I said before take time to warm up. You never report to us anything about the A/C not working or problems with trash. The trash cans were full because of the holidays the county change the pickup schedule. After you check out we inspect the house and the A/C was working fine. If we don't received any call from our guests we will assume everything is perfectly fine with your stay.
