Appartement correspondant à l'annonce. Nous y avons séjournés lors d'une période de canicule qui a été insupportable dans cet appartement du fait de l'absence de la climatisation (nous avons dû louer une chambre à l'hôtel Oasis voisin pendant 1 semaine). Nous avions pensé que les ventilateurs auraient été suffisants pour la période de notre séjour (15 juin 20 juillet). Très bonne situation, proche mer et commerces. Immeuble calme.

Joli appartement, calme fonctionnel et en bord de plage!

L'appartement est tres bien situé en bord de plage et proche des commerces. Il est fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Le balcon terrasse sous les pins parasols, le rend tres agréable à tout moment de la journée. La residence est calme, avec toutes les commodites: securisee, emplacement voiture, ascenseur, local dechet, local velos. Nous avons passés mes enfants et moi, un magnifique sejour. Bel appartement spacieux et bien agencé pour cette semaine de vacances passée à 2 à Frejus. Appartement propre et bien localisé . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir . Une climatisation serait un petit plus appréciable même si tout à fait supportable ainsi.

Très agréable

Bien placé à 200 m de la plage, à l’ombre des pins parasols, et proche des commerces , il y’a tout le nécessaire et même le superflu à l’intérieur de cet appartement comme sur sa terrasse (un peu bruyante aux heures de début et de fin de travail, ce qui met un peu d’animation pas désagréable du tout !) Bref un séjour bien agréable avec un accueil et un propriétaire aux petits soins dans une résidence calme et bien tenue.

Comme décrite dans l annonce la location est parfaite,très bien située,très bien tenue et très très bien équipée ,tout à proximité ,commerces,restos,la mer à pied,une place de parking réservée ce qui en pleine période n est pas négligeable et une résidence qui est sécurisée. Un bon accompagnement de la part des personnes qui s en occupe sur place. Je recommande vivement cette location et j y retournerais si je doit aller à Frejus.
