Private parking space within the residence (closing by automatic badge portal).
All activities within walking distance: Beach, seaside promenade, access to the port, nautical base and Shops (bakery, caterer, press, supermarket, pharmacy ...) located within a radius of 200m.

Appartement correspondant à l'annonce. Nous y avons séjournés lors d'une période de canicule qui a été insupportable dans cet appartement du fait de l'absence de la climatisation (nous avons dû louer une chambre à l'hÎtel Oasis voisin pendant 1 semaine). Nous avions pensé que les ventilateurs auraient été suffisants pour la période de notre séjour (15 juin 20 juillet). TrÚs bonne situation, proche mer et commerces. Immeuble calme.

Joli appartement, calme fonctionnel et en bord de plage!

L'appartement est tres bien situé en bord de plage et proche des commerces. Il est fonctionnel, il ne manque rien. Le balcon terrasse sous les pins parasols, le rend tres agréable à tout moment de la journée. La residence est calme, avec toutes les commodites: securisee, emplacement voiture, ascenseur, local dechet, local velos. Nous avons passés mes enfants et moi, un magnifique sejour. Bien placĂ© Ă  200 m de la plage, Ă  l’ombre des pins parasols, et proche des commerces , il y’a tout le nĂ©cessaire et mĂȘme le superflu Ă  l’intĂ©rieur de cet appartement comme sur sa terrasse (un peu bruyante aux heures de dĂ©but et de fin de travail, ce qui met un peu d’animation pas dĂ©sagrĂ©able du tout !) Bref un sĂ©jour bien agrĂ©able avec un accueil et un propriĂ©taire aux petits soins dans une rĂ©sidence calme et bien tenue.

Comme décrite dans l annonce la location est parfaite,trÚs bien située,trÚs bien tenue et trÚs trÚs bien équipée ,tout à proximité ,commerces,restos,la mer à pied,une place de parking réservée ce qui en pleine période n est pas négligeable et une résidence qui est sécurisée. Un bon accompagnement de la part des personnes qui s en occupe sur place. Je recommande vivement cette location et j y retournerais si je doit aller à Frejus.
