New apartment of 50m2 for 4 people, ideally located, seafront in an exclusive and secure building.
The apartment is fully equipped (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, internet wifi...)

A large collection of DVDs and books are available in the apartment.
Enjoy the large terrace for breakfast, dinner or just have a drink but also you can enjoy lying on the deck chairs.

The bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe, a commode and a TV and a sofa bed is in the living room that accommodate as well two people. Four people fit easily in this apartment.

The apartment is very central to shops, restaurants, base nautique... No need to drive, everything is at walking distance.
Private and closed garage for your comfort. From the garage, there is an elevator with direct access to the apartment.

Idéalement situé a proximité des commerces et de la belle plage. Tout peut se faire a pied. Le garage a disposition est incontestablement un atout essentiel. Tres bel appartement bien agencé et équipé. Le balcon face a la mer est un bonheur.

Magnifique

La résidence en elle-même est superbe, et ressemble à un bateau de croisière : récente, moderne, très sécurisée, propre, bien fréquentée, et idéalement située face à la mer. Elle dispose en plus d’un ascenseur et d’un parking privé. Tous les commerces sont à proximité : si vous voulez vraiment vous reposer, même pas besoin de prendre la voiture! L’accueil à l’arrivée est sympathique. La vue depuis l’appartement est imprenable : c’est un plaisir de prendre chaque repas sur la terrasse. L’appartement est joliment décoré, d’une manière moderne qui conserve le thème de la mer turquoise. Il répond exactement à la description qui en est faite. Il est propre, et très bien équipé (on ne manque de rien). Bref, une location ++++ pour passer de vraies vacances au calme et en toute sérénité. On recommande à 100%, et on reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Belle surprise en arrivant. Les photos du site sont conformes à la réalité. Belles prestations aussi bien l'immeuble que l'appartement. Très belle vue. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse (en novembre) ; 10 jours de soleil. A faire et refaire.

Nous louons régulièrement cet appartement pour nos vacances d'été et d'hiver. De très belles prestations, une vue magnifique, un appartement moderne, bien meublés et agréable. Belle plage juste en face. Pas besoin de la voiture. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Bij aankomst was er 'gepo...

Bij aankomst was er 'gepoetst', maar zonder water denken we. De vloeren waren vuil, stof was wel verwijderd. Wifi ontbreekt, misschien een tip naar uitbreiding toe voor de mensen die er willen van gebruik maken.
