Holiday apartment with swimming pool, on the beach, near the port, WiFi

It is a bright and modern holiday apartment right by the sea in an exclusive complex. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the 4-story house. There is an elevator and a parking space in the underground car park (double garage with lockable garage door, height 1.80 cm). The complex includes a restaurant and a swimming pool. All rooms (bedrooms and living room) are air-conditioned. The beach is only about 100 m away and can be reached directly from the complex, no street has to be crossed. The Fréjus-Plage marina is also a minute's walk away, but the apartment is still in a quiet location. Just a few minutes walk away is the indoor swimming pool and a large area for various sporting activities (e.g. inline skating, jogging). The holiday apartment is only rented with 'self-catering'. You must bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. On the day of departure, an amount of €100.00 must be handed over in cash to the on-site manager couple for final cleaning and service.

Thank you for hosting us in this wonderful flat. The location was excellent and the flat had everything we needed for our stay.It was spotless throughout, and the air conditioning in every room was a real bonus during the very hot weather. The complex itself was also lovely – the pool was clean and inviting, and stepping out straight onto the beach was perfect. The area around the flat is fantastic too, with the heart of Fréjus only a couple of minutes away.Just a couple of small points that could make things even better: the combi microwave was a little tricky to figure out, and the address in the confirmation email was quite general, which made finding the flat a bit stressful after a long journey. A simple map or clearer directions (especially for the underground parking) would make arrival much easier.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Hopefully, technical support will improve this as soon as possible. The microwave is indeed a bit of a problem. Did you not find the microwave manual among the other manuals (in the middle drawer of the sideboard in the living room)? We regret this very much, especially since we made sure at the beginning of the season that all manuals for the technical appliances were complete. We apologise for this. Below expectations

The place is basic, covers your needs, but it's not in any way welcoming or enjoyable. Not happy with the cleanliness. Dirty feet after 1 hour barefoot. There is a lot of dust. We cleaned a lot ourselves (still had to pay 100€ extra for the "cleaning"). Very hard mattresses, pillow covers need to be washed more often or replaced. Not specified in the listing: neither bed linen nor towels provided. You only learn about it 1 month before the rental, at which point plane and rental car are booked and it's too late to change your mind. You can rent 1 pillow cover, 1 bed sheet, 1 sheet and 1 towel for 20€ (was communicated as 17€). The rented sheets are old and worn. Were freshly washed, but still had various stains and looked unappetizing. Didn't bother to complain, since our ideas of cleanliness were clearly very different. We bought our own linen at Carrefour. It feels that not much care is put in the apartment, costs are kept to a minimum. Only 1.5 rolls of very thin toilet paper provided, we had to buy our own. Very good location. 10' walk to restaurants and shops. Quiet at night, the beach is very close, clean and not crowded. Swimming pool is a plus. 5 stars for location, 3 for the place (being generous). And minus one star for the rude housekeeper. We agreed with him to leave at 11, he was there at 10:50 and immediately started berating us for not having thrown out 2 pieces of cardboard. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und zentral, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben genossen, dass sich die Wohnung in einer geschlossenen Anlage befand, es eine separate Garage in der Tiefgarage gab und man direkt am Strand war, sobld man die Anlage über die Poolanlage / den Garten verlassen hat. Die Anlage liegt ruhig direkt neben dem schönen Hafen und dem Stadtzentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne, strandnahe Wohnung

Der check-in war sehr flexibel nach persönlicher Absprache. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war etwas schwieriger aufgrund unserer etwas eingerosteter Französischkenntnisse. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar strandnah und gepflegt. Hervorzuheben ist die vorzügliche Klimatisierung der Wohnung. Dadurch konnten beim Schlafen die Fenster geschlossen bleiben, was auch dringend nötig ist, denn der Straßenlärm vor den Schlafzimmern ist recht ausgeprägt, vor allem am Freitag und Samstag war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut (Rufen, Hupen, laute Musik, laute Motorräder). Vielleicht sind wir empfindlicher als andere Gäste, aber uns hat es das Einschlafen erschwert. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (allerdings wären ein oder zwei scharfe Messer schön ;)) und auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist bei der Lage Gold wert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft.

Un appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, situé au bord de la plage et à côté du port. L’appartement est spacieux. La procédure d’arrivée et de départ très simple. Petit plus : des jeux, ainsi que des seaux pour les enfants pour aller jouer à la plage. Il ne manquait vraiment rien !

Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, is schoon en verzorgd. De locatie is uitstekend, heel dicht bij het strand, de haven is om de hoek en verder is het een fantastische uitvalsbasis om de prachtige omgeving te verkennen. Wij komen zeker terug!

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub braucht, Besonders gefällt uns der kurze Weg zum Strand und Jachthafen. Tolles Apartment mit Pool direkt an dem schönsten Strand.

Der Tag begann um 8 Uhr mit einigen Schwimmrunden in dem schon gut erwärmten sehr großen Pool. Anschließend Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick in ein Blütenmeer. Im Hafen gibt es viele gute und auch preiswerte Restaurant. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge nach St Raphael und nach Frejus unternehmen. Zur Wohnung zurück: tolles Bad mit großer Dusche, küche praktisch mit allem notwendigen ausgerüstet. Großer Wohnraum mit großem Tv. Das Auto steht sicher in der Garage. Alles Top, aber bitte das Inserat gut duchlesen - 100 € Reinigungsgebühren sind zusätzlich fällig und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher sind mitzubringen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.Es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden für 4 Personen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht .Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei sowie auch alles andere .Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein.Direkt am familienfreundlichen Strand, das Meer war wunderbar.Der Pool war auch schön.Wir haben zu jeder Zeit eine freie Liege bekommen.Schirme gab es nicht, aber Schirmständer.Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war für unseren Passat gerade gross genug .Wir haben diagonal geparkt.

Großartige Wohnung!

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie, mit 3 Kindern (5J, 12J, 14J) Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub. Die Buchung der Wohnung verlief absolut reibungslos. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Der Weg von der Wohnung zum Strand und Pool beträgt nur wenige Meter. Viele bekannte Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es viele Sportmöglichkeiten (z.B. Schwimmen, Volleyball, Laufen...) In jedem Zimmer befindet sich eine per Fernsteuerung bedienbare Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung ist sowohl einwandfrei sauber als auch optimal ausgestattet. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Herzlichen Dank!

Een fantastische vakantiewoning.

Het appartement is heel compleet, ruim, modern ingericht en met een groot balkon. De locatie is perfect: vlak bij het strand, de gezellige jachthaven met zijn horecagelegenheden en de boulevard van Frejus en Saint Raphaël.
