Ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Rückzugsort mitten im Wald – das alte Haus am ehemaligen Kloster hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Die Stille und Abgeschiedenheit sorgen sofort für Entspannung, man fühlt sich wie in einer anderen Welt. Wir haben die Ruhe, den Garten und die Möglichkeit abends ein Feier zu machen sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool auf dem Grundstück. Alain und Christine sind unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, bei denen man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Ein absolut besonderer, romantischer Ort zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen!

Weekje rust

Zeer aangename eigenaars. Het huis was zeer proper en helemaal in orde. De tuin en omgeving is prachtig. Ideaal om te genieten van de rust. Enkel veel wespen maar daar konden de eigenaars weinig aandoen. Nog een speeltuig of trampoline in de tuin en het zou ook perfect zijn voor de kinderen.

Rust, stilte en natuur!

We hebben een prachtige vakantie beleefd met gezin op een zeer bijzondere plek. Rust, wandelingen, donkere zeer stille nachten. Lieve eigenaars die deze plek koesteren en graag delen met bijzondere gasten. Heerlijk zelf kunnen koken en eten en met het gezin de banden versterkt. Kortom een heerlijke week op een prachtige lokatie op het Franse platteland, ver van drukte en lawaai en andere onrust.

Ruhe und Erholung

Die Cottages von Cherlieu liegen in einer idyllischen grossen Waldlichtung fernab von jeglichem Durchgangsverkehr. Die absolute Stille wird nur ab und zu von Tierstimmen aus dem Wald unterbrochen. Die alten Gebäude sind liebevoll renoviert und bieten jeden zeitgemässen Komfort, insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die lichten Laubwälder laden zu Spaziergängen ein und auf kleinen Nebenstrassen lassen sich die hübschen Dörfer der Umgebung erkunden, ohne kaum je einem Auto zu begegnen. Trotz der ländlichen Abgeschiedenheit gibt es in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; sehr empfehlenswert sind die ausgezeichneten regionalen landwirtschaftlichen Produkte (insbes. Fleisch und Käse). Auch die grosszügigen und sehr netten Gastgeber Christine und Alain mit ihrem freundlichen Hund Marley trugen mit ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft dazu bei, den Aufenthalt höchst erfreulich zu gestalten. We werden verwelkomd door de zeer gastvrije eigenaars, deze wonen 100 meter verder. Groot oud huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, gelegen aan een zeer rustige weg. (er komen zo nu en dan mensen naar de ruïne van de abdij kijken). Slaapkamers zijn boven, gemakkelijke trap. Hier bevindt zich ook een toilet en badkamer. Beneden zijn ook een douche en toilet. Grote zonnige omheinde tuin, uitzicht op de restanten van de Abdij. Bosrijke omgeving. Behalve de eigenaar geen verdere buren in de nabijheid. Bakker komt om de paar dagen langs. Kleine stille dorpjes in de omgeving, de Saône bevindt zich op ongeveer 20 km afstand, je kunt daar goed fietsen. (loopt fietspad langs, is vlak).

We had an excellent stay at this historical ground, we loved the atmosphere of the old and very nice renovated building. Alain and and Christine are excellent hosts, they're living on the same terrain and can help you in every way but they're very discrete too. The surrounding area is superb, nature lovers can start their trips from "home". Highly recommended, many thanks for being here!

Endroit surprenant et charmant

Couple de propriétaires chaleureux et très accueillant. Un site surprenant, chargé d'histoire et émouvant, perdu au milieu de nulle part. Un joli hameau témoin d'un passé incroyable. Une maison charmante, avec tous les charmes de l'ancien ... et aussi les inconvénients (un peu frisquet en hiver, salles d'eau un peu rudimentaires), mais idéal pour se replonger dans le charme d'une maison de famille ! Cuisine bien équipée, salon chaleureux, chambres agréables. Les propriétaires, passionnés par ce site, se démènent pour petit à petit le faire revivre. Bref, l'endroit mérite qu'on y retourne en été !

Un Havre de paix

Grande maison confortable pouvant accueillir toute notre tribu (9 au total), 3 chambres spacieuses à l'étage et une salle de bain avec baignoire pratique pour les petits. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Inutile de prendre la voiture pour les balades, le gîte est au cœur de la forêt. Les propriétaires sont au top, d'une grande gentillesse. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat einen liebevoll altmodischen Charme. Die Vermieter sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Inmitten von Wäldern und weiten Feldern gelegen, ist Cherlieu ein wunderschöner Ort um sich zu erholen ,Spaziergänge im Wald und Ausflüge in die verstreuten Dörfer oder interessante Städtchen zu machen. Idéal pour des vacances dans la nature

Merci à Christine et Alain, nous avons passé 1 super semaine dans ce gite tout équipé. Beaucoup d'espace (autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur), 3 grandes chambres, 2 salles d'eau, le gite a été retapé avec goût et très pratique. Nos 3 ados ont bien profité également de la piscine. L'endroit est un vrai petit coin de paradis niché au millieu d'une forêt. Les propriètaires sont adorables, disponibles pour répondre à vos questions et vous conseiller. Nous reviendrons certainement pour l'endroit et pour une soirée "fous-rires" inoubliable, merci !
