The apartment is just re tastefully decorated (new bathroom, new American kitchen): Nice easy and functional space, located on the 1st floor. There are 2 independent rooms (one in "cabin" very small but efficient). The living room overlooks a large terrace (covered) overlooking the trees and the swimming pool of the residence! There is a parking space.
The location of this apartment is a real plus: it is in a quiet residential area, itself located in the heart of the village of Canon (Lège Cap Ferret) and less than 50 meters from the beach of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Everything is done on foot, or by bike.
Ideal for 4 people on holiday.

wonderful cozy apartment

Very nice and well-equipped apartment. Great large balcony. Secure parking on-site. Pool open from mid-June. Supermarket and pizzeria next door. The wonderful beach is a 10-minute drive away. The Arcachon Bay is right next door. A friendly welcome and key handover at the apartment.

Séjour très agreable et tranquille au Cap Ferret et dans cette résidence au style cabanes bois

Cabanes bois sur deux niveaux et architecture "coloniale" avec un grand balcon à vivre type loggia et un grand séjour. Pinède et lauriers roses au milieu de la résidence Chambre principale un peu exiguë mais couchage excellent. Un regret:Pas de wifi et deuxième chambre simple cabine pour enfants pas pour des adultes, mais au séjour 1 canapé transformable pour une personne. Accueil ponctuel et efficace par Estelle de Goodweek Le Cap Ferret dans tout son art de vivre et avec une belle lumière de septembre côté Bassin comme côté Océan...et des huîtres !!!

Petit appartement idéalement situé / déco charmante

Appartement idéalement situé pour une semaine de découverte de la presqu’île du Cap Ferret dans le charmant village du Canon. Appartement de petite taille avec une terrasse confortable et très (trop !) ombragée… Résidence familiale avec une belle piscine.

Wonderful part of the peninsula

We loved our stay, especially the location and the wonderful verandah. We were disappointed that the swimming pool wasn’t open due to being out of season. This is understandable but we hadn’t been informed before booking, and specially chose a place with a secure pool for our little boy. Thankfully the very sweet little basin beach is very close by, so we were able to walk there in the afternoons after beautiful mornings spent on the Atlantic beaches.

Le Canon ❤️

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, in der Anlage unserer Meinung nach die Beste. Man hatte den Pool von dem riesen Balkon im Blick und war trotzdem vor Blicken geschützt. Leider war das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer wirklich richtig schlecht, daher 1* Abzug, ansonsten war alles perfekt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, es war alles sauber und super gelegen.

Séjour ensoleillé au Cap Ferret

Appartement cosy, parfait pour un petit séjour. Un peu de bruit de la part des occupants très tard le soir pour une soirée autour de la piscine, un peu gênant pour un week-end repos, pas de chance! L'emplacement pour visiter le Cap Ferret est idéal, je recommande pour un week-end en amoureux au mois de Juin!

Beautiful location

We have had a lovely week in le Canon. Easy access to the stunning Atlantic beaches. Cap Ferret worth a visit and catch a ferry over to Arcachon. We hope to be back.

Excellent séjour sur le bassin...

L’appartement est conforme a l’annonce, très bien équipé. Résidence familiale, piscine bien entretenue ouverte de 10h à 20h. La plage du bassin est à 50m, l’océan est à 30 minutes à pied, et tous les commerces sont à moins de 50m de la résidence (Carrefour, épicerie, boulangerie (+les fameuses dunes blanches !) vente d’huitres ....) Bref une excellente adresse pour découvrir le bassin en famille. Accueil excellent par l’agence, pas de mauvaise surprise.

Un bel appartement où nous avons passé la totalité de notre séjour sur la terrasse. Vue sur la piscine qui est très agréable et copropriété calme. La plage à 2 mn à pieds. Commerces à proximité. Un bel endroit où se reposer....

l appartement était parfaitement adéquat a la description faite, très propre et fonctionnel dans une résidence calme avec une terrasse très appréciable et confortable. Le plus malgré le bassin a deux pas : une grande piscine idéale pour les enfants... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournons avec plaisir.

Parfait pour découvrir le Cap Ferret en famille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement idéalement situé: commerces en bas de la résidence, bassin d’Arcachon à 100m, village ostréicole à 200m. La terrasse est très agréable, et l’appartement refait récemment avec goût et simplicité. Bref on s’y sent bien, parfait pour servir de base à une famille de 4 personnes pour partir à l’assaut du cap Ferret en vélo! Mention spéciale à la propriétaire pour ses conseils et sa réactivité (nous avons eu un petit soucis avec le lave linge qui a été très vite réglé).

Logement très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces .

L'appartement est bien équipé et la déco très actuelle. La grande terrasse ombragée est appréciable par temps chaud. La résidence est fermée et nous disposions d'une place de parking où nous avons laissé la voiture pour circuler en vélo .
