Dining room seats 10! Access to and parking at private deeded beach. Enjoy everything the North Fork has to offer... boating, wineries, & sunsets.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is promptly at 10am. A cleaning crew will be arriving to prepare the house for the next renters. Please make sure to strip all of the beds that you used during your stay.
Place all dirty sheets, bath towels and beach towels in the laundry baskets. Ensure all the trash/recycling has been removed from the house and placed in the garage bins.
Ensure the pool area is clean from toys and floats, placing smaller items in the bin provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great family holiday

We had a wonderful family stay. The house was beautiful, very well appointed and very conveniently located. We would be happy to stay here again. The pool was great too!

Cutchogue House

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and made sure all our questions were answered. The bedrooms were large with ample closet space, the pool was clean and warm and all amenities we needed were made available to us.

My family and I reside in Brooklyn, NY and use the Haywaters House to relax on weekends and during vacation. We LOVE the North Fork and all it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The Haywaters House is in the perfect location. Nassau Point is both centrally located on the North Fork and a private, serene peninsula right on the Peconic Bay.

Perfect for large families or small groups that just want to get away from it all.

What makes this property unique

We have small kids who love to run in the yard, swim in the pool and make a mess in the playroom. The adults enjoy the many relaxing home amenities and the close proximity to the sandy beach, wineries, restaurants and shops in Greenport. We have updated the home to include plenty of office space as well as home gym equipment & a Peloton.
